Welcome to your morning meditation for manifestation and intention.
Find a position that's comfortable for you,
Seated or lying down.
Close your eyes and take a slow breath in through your nose.
Hold it gently for just a moment and then let it go through your mouth.
Let yourself arrive here.
You don't have to bring anything with you from yesterday and you don't have to prepare for anything that comes later.
Just this moment,
This breath,
This beginning.
Take another slow breath in and as you breathe out,
I want you to imagine a warm light gathering around you.
Not a performance of light or a forced kind of visualization,
But just a quiet sense of warmth and steadiness,
The feeling of being held and supported.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Feel the weight of your body,
Solid and real.
In astrology,
This is the energy of the earth signs,
The patient reliability of Taurus,
The quiet strength of Virgo,
The enduring foundation of Capricorn.
You are connected to something steady.
You always have been.
With each breath in,
Let that steadiness fill you.
And with each breath out,
Let anything that doesn't belong to today fall away.
I want you to bring to mind something you are calling in.
It might be a feeling,
An opportunity,
A quality you want to embody today.
It doesn't have to be grand.
The smallest intentions are often the most powerful because they are the most honest.
When you have it,
State it quietly in your own words,
Either out loud or in your head.
Something like,
Today I am open to what is already coming towards me.
I call in clarity and trust that it will find me.
I am ready to receive what is coming towards me.
What belongs to me.
Feel your words land in your body,
Not just in your mind.
That resonance is real.
That is your energy shifting.
The moon in your chart shows you how you dream,
How you imagine and how you feel your way into the future before it arrives.
This is her work and it is yours too.
Bring to mind what you are calling in.
See it as clearly as you can.
Just allow the image to form.
And let these things rise up.
What does it look like?
How does it feel in your body when you imagine it already here?
Who is with you?
Who's the first person that you want to share this with?
What is the quality of the air,
The light,
The surrounding moments?
Sit with this for a little while.
Let yourself feel what it feels like when this is real.
Because that feeling is not pretend.
That feeling's a signal.
It is you in resonance with what you're asking for.
Speak these affirmations either aloud or in your mind.
Or simply allow them to be.
Allow my voice to carry the energy for you.
And notice which ones land most deeply for you.
I am in alignment with what I am calling in.
The universe has heard me.
I trust its timing.
I am worthy of what I am asking for.
My heart is open and I am ready.
Let each of these settle.
And if one of them brings up resistance,
That's information for you.
And you can think around it later.
But for now,
Just breathe through and carry on.
And now I want to talk quickly to you.
This is where many of us struggle,
Myself included.
We set the intention.
We feel the feeling.
And then we grip it so tightly with wanting that we squeeze the life out of it.
The tarot star card understands this and gives us the answer.
She is pouring water from two jugs.
Giving freely,
Without hoarding and without fear.
She trusts that the source will refill itself.
So take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Release your grip on the outcome.
And also on the how.
You have planted the seed.
You don't dig it out every five minutes to check it's still growing.
You water it and you trust the process.
The universe has heard you.
Now let it do its work.
Begin to bring your awareness gently back to the room.
And if that feeling of your intention being answered is still sitting in your body,
Let it stay there.
Just notice it comfortably.
And notice the sounds around you.
Notice the temperature of the air.
The feeling of the surface beneath you.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
And take your time.
And when you choose to open your eyes,
Carry this with you.
You are not someone just waiting for their life to begin.
You are someone who just set a clear and conscious intention for their day.
And that is already something.
