Welcome to the full moon in Virgo meditation.
This meditation has a very nice sound healing by my good friend Inner Symphony.
We recorded this sound healing together in Costa Rica and it has very beautiful bird noises and is a lovely sound healing in general.

The Virgo full moon is about our own health and well-being,
Organizing ourselves,
Seeing what structures we have in our life and how we can organize our lives better and be more vibrant and take responsibility for our health and well-being.
So this sound healing and guided meditation,
We will scan through our bodies and feel the vibrations and using the combination of our attention and the sound bowls,
We will look to remove stagnant energy,
Release and heal.
So please find a comfortable position.
You can lie down or you can sit up maybe with some back support so you can fully relax.
And I also advise headphones or a speaker as this sound healing will be stronger with technology.
Please just settling in and begin to listen to the noises and track where you feel them in each body.
The bell calls attention,
Taking some nice deep breaths,
Bringing our attention or focus.
And now initially we shall start from the root,
Start from the ground,
Getting this grounding feeling to begin with,
Tuning into that frequency of the root chakra,
The base,
Just taking some nice deep breaths and feeling the ground beneath us,
Feeling our connection to the earth.
And as we breathe in just clean energy,
Relaxation is the key.
So just working deep into our bellies to begin with,
Just letting go of the tension,
Just grounding with our breath,
Feeling gravity pushing us down.
This release,
Feeling those,
Just with where you find them,
Keeping our attention,
Hearing the increasing tones and maybe just moving our attention up to our belly and our solar plexus area.
And just knowing this attention is part of the healing.
And as we breathe in,
Clear,
Breathe out,
Release.
They used to be heavy.
Double checking,
Can we relax anymore into our positions where we are?
After we check this,
Our attention moves back down to the belly,
To the root,
Just feeling the groundedness,
Feeling the earth,
Feeling the breathing through our bellies,
Clearing,
Relax and release.
Just feel the energy rising with the sound,
Pulling the energy from up to our bellies,
Up to our solar plexus,
Feeling the energy just kind of fluctuate.
Just pulling this energy up to our heart spaces,
Body into one,
Opening,
Clearing with the breath,
Relaxing,
Releasing.
Still feeling the ground as we move up now.
Releasing attention from our chest,
Breathing into our heart space,
Opening up,
Releasing that tension that we've maybe held there.
Feeling the vibrations do their work.
And just connecting with our throat as well here.
Connecting with the vibrations between the heart,
Releasing,
Maybe holding our tongue or not saying our truth.
And just to release patterns of behavior,
Release ways of being.
Just opening to the slightly more dissident tones,
Opening to the harsh,
Just opening to the harsh,
Just opening to the slightly more dissident tones,
Opening to the harsh reality sometimes.
Healing isn't always easy.
The attention to move from the throat to maybe up a little bit into the jaw,
The mouth,
Just feeling the jaw relax,
And the back of the neck relax,
The shoulders,
Allowing the tension that we hold to melt away.
Just feeling the mouth,
The cheekbones,
And just relaxing that jaw,
Just feeling the tension that we can hold there also melt away.
Just all connected to the heart,
Coming up from the heart to the throat to the jaw,
Feeling that energy connect and allow.
Concentration,
Your attention on the tone,
Maybe on a specific area which is releasing.
We bring our attention up to our crowns,
To the third eye,
To the whole head in general,
And just see if we can clear some energy above the head,
Connecting us to our intuitions and to spirit and guidance from above.
Begin to feel the energy above us lighten,
And the connection to the stars,
To the universe,
Ever more strong.
As we breathe in,
Just opening up our energy field to receive from above,
Feeling a channel of light come down,
Bathing us in galactic energy,
And receiving the energy from the full moon especially,
Feeling this energy come down and cleanse the body.
Breathing in nice,
Deep and slow,
Clearing,
Clearing,
Clearing,
Breathing out,
Release,
Release and relax.
Just allow your attention to move down wherever you feel this vibration change.
Where do you feel that these vibrations are working in your body right now?
Just go there with interest and see if you can feel what's happening.
Just breathing into that area.
Listening to the slightly lower tones and just moving the attention slightly to a different place which you feel drawn to.
Is there any specific health problem you have you know in that area?
Seeing how much you can feel into that place in your body,
Really specific.
Breathe in,
Just pulling energy from the ground as well,
Pulling energy from below us,
From the earth at the same time.
Concentrating with this in-breath,
Pulling that energy into the place that you're feeling needs it the most.
And also feeling all of the chakras align as such.
Pulling the energy up through the body,
From the hips up through the body.
Maybe now just opening up the area a little bit more,
Seeing if you can include some of the legs,
Some of the arms,
Some of the hips and just looking to feel the body as a whole.
Feel all the contacts that we have,
Any sensation and feeling the vibrations.
That connection with the earth.
Taking some nice deep breaths in and feeling that fill your body.
Filling with air,
Filling with life,
Feeling the aliveness in your body.
Fresh air fill the lungs and the oxygen move out to all the furthest parts in our fingertips,
Our toes,
Full of the prana,
The life force.
Finish just feeling our aura,
The energy we radiate,
Kind of just align and clear.
And this is where I leave you,
