Welcome to this full moon and Sagittarius meditation with me,
Jamie.
Unlocking your Eagle Vision The star sign Sagittarius is known for exploring,
For deepening spiritual knowledge,
For intuition and foresight,
And for action and clear thinking.
I feel that Eagle embodies this energy when soaring,
Hunting,
Clear and free from the weight of the earth as it flies up into the sky.
We will work on embodying and calling in this energy to our own bodies,
Mind,
Spirit.
So finding a comfortable position,
Just beginning to relax,
Closing the eyes,
Deepening the relaxation.
We commit to this meditation,
We commit to giving our attention,
And we are open for support from our souls and any other helpful energies that want to help guide us through this experience.
Soften the face,
The eyes,
And as you breathe in,
Feeling the breath run up to the back of the nose,
The back of the throat,
Hitting between the eyes,
And feeling that fresh energy alive in the area which is our pineal gland,
Our third eye.
And just slowing down the breath,
And seeing if we can sense any heartbeat running through our face or nose.
Nice slow out-breaths,
Relaxing the shoulders further.
Still feeling the aliveness come into that area of the back of the throat and between the eyes,
In the middle of our heads,
And as we breathe in,
Just saying into ourself clear,
Breathing in clear focus,
Almost like a chalkboard being wiped clean,
All the thoughts leaving the head,
As we prepare to go on a journey,
Clear the whiteboard,
Clear the slate for our intuition to speak.
And I want us to assist clearing this energy by humming with our mouths closed,
And I want to hum a noise which feels like it's vibrating this area.
So it's specific to you and the frequency that you find works,
But find the pitch which feels like it vibrates the nose and in between the eyes,
And we're going to do three of these hums to unblock some stagnant energy,
Anything which is challenging our energy and clear vision.
So really just calling in this energy of clarity and our own power to clear energy from our bodies.
So just taking a nice deep breath in and making a hum.
And again,
Finding that tone,
Finding the vibration that works.
One last time,
Really pushing the noise through the nose and relax.
Just feeling this clarity,
This emptiness.
Again slowing down the breath,
Really coming into peace in the body.
And again,
One last check in with relaxing the face and the eyes,
Seeing if you can feel the energy in the third eye activate.
And now we call in the energy of the eagle into our visions to guide us.
We're going to become this energy so we know what it feels like.
So just visualize yourself becoming an eagle,
Like your soul is being transported out of your human body and dropped into the eagle.
Feeling the feathers on your skin,
The claws on your hands,
This sharp beak on your mouth,
And your focused eyes where you can focus on things,
Magnify things very far in the distance.
And also just feeling this beautiful coat of feathers and its colors,
The edges of the feathers.
As they cover your body,
You feel the wind blow across them.
These feathers are what help you fly,
Made so perfectly by nature that it makes you weightless,
Able to take off.
So becoming aware of your surroundings,
What is the terrain you're around?
What are your claws holding on to as you are on the ground,
You haven't taken off yet?
Or are you on a tree,
Or are you sitting on a cliff?
Where are you?
Just feeling the awareness come out of the body and into the surroundings as you look around,
Observing all the fine details,
The colors,
The types of trees,
If there's rivers,
If there's water around,
If there's any civilization,
Any towns,
Or any man-made structures.
But also feeling this slight heaviness of still having our human soul,
Of still having this pressure,
This binding of responsibilities and worries and ego,
Stress of not being enough,
Or needing to be more of what we are than what we are right now.
Like our being isn't enough.
And feel how the ego energy doesn't care for this,
How it calls presence,
As it calls focus on the essential task,
And the essential task is to fly.
The essential task is to rise up above the earthly weight and gravity.
To fly so we can get a higher perspective on the world,
To fly closer to the stars and the moon and the sun,
To fly into the sun and not get burnt.
So just feeling as we raise our wings out to the side,
As the air starts to run through the feathers of the wings,
Feeling the aerodynamics of the intelligent body of the eagle,
Almost as we open this wings we feel a certain lightness come in,
And it's all very easy.
And just figuring out how we can take our first jump,
Our first steps,
Do we need to shake our wings a few times or can we just jump into the air and feel the wind push us up.
Just notice how easy it is.
But again also feeling now that we're beginning to come off the ground,
There's still these strings of the human soul wanting to hold us to the ground.
What are these weights?
What are the strings made of if they could be named something?
Is it our confidence?
Is it our anger?
Is it our worry?
As we begin to lift off,
Just seeing what are these energies which are holding us back,
Observing them,
Can you name them?
And continue to open your wings wide as the air flows through.
Just feel yourself get higher,
Further away from the ground,
And feel these strings like an elastic band slowly stretch so they get narrower and narrower.
Still feeling the pull,
But feeling the strength of the wind increase.
Feeling the beautiful body of the eagle almost click into action.
And all of a sudden,
All of these ties just snap.
Just feeling the freedom and the loose ends of these strings just fall away.
Like when a rocket flies into the sky and the last fuel cartridge just drops away.
Just feel that fall away as we are soaring now higher.
And again,
Coming into our mind's eye,
Breathing nice and deeply into our mind's eye.
What do we see up here now?
Looking down over the terrain,
We can now just look around for the joy of being,
For the joy of flying,
For this experience.
How does it feel to be free of your earthly worries and stresses?
Breathing nice and deeply,
Just feeling the air run through your wings.
And just going as high as you feel you want to,
Finding a nice place where you can stay steady,
Maybe circling around.
And feeling the lightness here as we move higher,
As the air gets thinner.
Feeling the lightness in our bodies.
And feeling the energy of the moon as we move closer,
Sparking our intuition,
Sparking our emotions,
To be clear.
Now calling in this eagle focus,
This eagle eye.
What part of my life do I need to focus on?
Ask yourself this question.
And allow this eagle focus to magnify in,
Almost observing yourself as a human,
Doing something which you know you need to do more of,
To be happy,
To be joyful,
And to share your light with humanity.
Can you see this clearly in your eagle focus,
As we soar up here in our eagle bodies,
Watching ourselves down on earth?
What is it we're doing?
What is around us?
And what energy can you feel from yourself as we watch ourselves?
What energy are you sharing with the world?
And almost like your earthly self is now aware of the eagle soaring high,
Looking at each other,
Recognizing each other.
Feeling this eagle energy shoot down into the earthly body where we are.
Feeling this focus,
Feeling this clarity of direction of what we need to do,
Where we need to go,
Where to focus our energy.
And now just allowing that eagle to fly straight down towards you,
And allow the eagle to come back into the body,
Shooting down as you go lower,
Lower through the clouds,
Still looking at each other,
Feeling this fiery energy of the eagle,
Focused,
Full of presence,
Full of clarity,
Full of knowing,
And back in the body,
Back where you are sitting now,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the eyes.
Feeling this aliveness in the third eye.
And just calling in any other energies that want to support in clearing this area.
Just for the next 30 seconds,
Just breathing in and just feeling any extra clearing happening.
Feel free to make any noises,
Any sounds to aid keeping present,
Keeping still,
Receiving any last information.
And as we start to finish this meditation,
I want you to hold this present energy,
Find a pen and paper,
And from this clear mind,
Write down some actions that you can take.
Are there places that you need to explore?
Are there skills which you have which you want to share?
Or are there people which you can connect with,
Which can help you on your journey?
Just connecting with some actions that you can do from tomorrow,
