We will explore the third consideration within the Master Your Environment's Dimension called Master Your Inner Relationships.
As for always,
First prepare your environment.
Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.
Turn on your favorite healing sounds,
Receive your favorite essential oils,
And prepare to absorb what you wish.
Receive a deep,
Nourishing breath and state aloud,
I choose to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness with ease and grace.

Master Your Inner Relationships.
Give yourself permission to understand your inner workings.
Your inner environment and inner relationship with the being that you are in this life,
In this body in which you reside is phenomenal and expansive.
It is one of the most extraordinary relationships you have and one in which you have control.
All the different parts of your being,
Heart,
Mind,
Body,
Energy,
Must work together to function from moment to moment,
To create,
To flow,
To be,
And to respond to the energy that is coming from within and from without.
The mastery of your inner relationship requires you to explore with curiosity and openness,
Higher understanding,
And without judgments,
Your vast network from the beginning of your existence.
Give witness and contemplate your relationship with the self so that you can be in a conscious and willing participant in all your experiences.
How and what are you giving and receiving from yourself?
What are your experiences,
Physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Spiritual,
Teaching you?
Can you identify the stories,
The wisdom,
And teachings from this being that you are?
What is your body,
Your heart,
Your mind,
Emotions,
Feelings,
And experiences trying to communicate?
What are you willing to receive?
Go within,
Breathe with the deepest of your being,
And listen with gentleness to the messages that are being shared with you,
From you.
In this place of observing and listening,
You will find your center and higher understanding with how you are choosing to show up in this world.
It is here you can choose to show up differently.
This choice opens the doorway to improved understanding with your inner self and can teach you how to best communicate and share information for enhanced health and mastery.
Contemplate the following.
You are simply complex,
Perfect,
And beautiful in your design,
With a vast network of systems receiving inputs,
Processing information,
And producing outputs.
Go within to the inner workings of your being and uncover the treasures that reside there.
Give yourself permission to understand your inner workings.
Become your best friend,
Your teacher,
And your student.
Observe,
Witness,
And contemplate the information you choose to receive in your space,
How you choose to process that information,
And how you choose to respond.
Your being is always communicating with you,
Just as your external world is,
And it is up to you to receive the messages,
The clues,
The insights,
And the wisdom.
With such wisdom,
You can take the action that is in alignment with your present time being for optimal health and wellness.
Be aware with where you are critical,
Where you have judgments,
Where you dwell in fear or attached to a story,
An illusion.
Choose to love yourself through the process,
Through the healing.
Utilize your entire being,
All your senses that are always available to you,
To decipher the next right step.
Teach yourself through daily practice how to move in harmony with your emotions,
Feelings,
And thoughts for the highest understanding of this life path.
Teach yourself how to be in a loving and supporting relationship with yourself.
This brings the greatest health for you and all beings.
When you embody a harmonious relationship with self,
You are teaching others to do the same.
Here are some practices to take into your day today.
Understand your emotions,
Feelings,
And thoughts.
Where are you connected to and aware of your emotions and what feelings arise from them?
How do your thoughts play with the feelings and emotions and how do you respond to it all?
Choose an engagement or activity where you can observe the flow of energy and information within your being.
Examples include having a vulnerable conversation,
Watching a movie,
Running errands,
Talking to the phone or internet company.
Pay attention to what is happening within you at the physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
And spiritual levels while in the experience.
Identify the specific emotion,
Feeling from that emotion,
And stories or thoughts that come to the surface.
Just take note of them.
Where can you reside with compassion and love for these emotions,
Feelings,
And thoughts and choose to respond in a way that is nourishing for all concerned?
Here choose how you will engage and do so from this moment forward.
Practice number two.
Practice listening to your body every time you interact with any person,
Place,
Or thing.
Gain awareness with the physical sensations that run through your being.
Do you feel a pain,
A rushing energy,
Tingling,
Butterflies,
Or nothing?
Identify what this means for you and what it may be trying to teach you.
Is this person,
Place,
Or thing triggering something in you that is nourishing or harmful?
Is this response showing you that it is something that is ready to be healed and transformed?
Is this a supporting person,
Place,
Or thing for you in present time?
There is no right or wrong,
Only awareness,
Learning,
Growth,
And mastery.
Be attentive with where the experience is intense or where it is numb and contemplate what this may mean for you.
You might uncover a hidden treasure.
Here are some affirmations.
You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own.
Repeat daily for as long as desired.
Number one.
I am ready and it is safe to explore and be attentive with my emotions,
Feelings,
And thoughts.
