Katherine Ganev Soto After years of guiding intuitive sensitive empaths through spiritual awakening and self-mastery, I find myself at a sacred threshold—going deeply within. I'm a spiritual being in a human body, moving through this life with curiosity, one moment at a time, with presence and sincerity. The teacher in me hasn't disappeared; she's turned inward, taking her own medicine, embracing what the Zen masters call beginner's mind. My path has woven through intuitive guidance, Spirit Guide sessions, shadow integration, energetic sovereignty, and deep empath work. I created the Self-Mastery Preschool for Adults™ program, recorded meditations and podcast episodes—all in service of helping sensitive souls thrive, not just survive. But right now, I'm in the clearing. Observing. Witnessing. Contemplating. Discovering what it means to simply be rather than endlessly trying to become. I still believe sensitive souls aren't broken—we're remembering. And sometimes that remembering asks us to unknow everything we thought we knew. If something new emerges from this season, it will be born from peace, curiosity, and genuine not-knowing.
