We start with familiar Morning Magic gratitude, then deepen it into specific thank yous for your life, your breath, the people who support you and the parts of yourself you’re proud of. From there you move through a calming body scan, soothing breathwork and a soft forehead focus to bring clarity to your mind. You’ll finish by choosing how you want to be today – calm, clear, kind, confident, present – and repeating gentle affirmations and intentions to carry into whatever your day holds. This is a voice‑only practice with no background music, so you can enjoy the silence or add your own ambient sound in Insight Timer if you wish.
