Hello welcome. Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax and be present in the moment, Where you won't have any distractions, Any worries, Put the pets away, Turn off your phone, And just get comfortable. You can sit up, You can lay down, But just begin to breathe and slow down that breath. Notice how you're breathing. You might be taking short, Shallow breaths, So you want to slow down the breath and find that beautiful rhythm that is perfect for you at this time, At this moment. So you're inhaling and gently exhaling all the air out. Start to relax every part of your body, All your muscles, Releasing any tension in your body. Relax your feet, Your ankles, Relax your calves, Any tension in your thighs, Your hips. Relax your stomach, And you're still breathing, Inhaling and exhaling, Slowing down that breath, Finding your rhythm. Relaxing the chest, The shoulders, Letting the arms fall out to the side. Palms up to receive if it's comfortable, Or just place your hands wherever they feel best. Relax your shoulders, Releasing any tension in your neck. Relaxing all of your facial features, Just let the mouth fall open, Allowing the tongue just fall out to the side. Gently smile, Soft lips, Soft face, Soft mind, Open heart, Open up your heart, Open up your mind, Give yourself permission to ground your energy deep down into Mother Earth. You can imagine roots coming down from the soles of your feet, Or down from your hips, Down your legs, And out the bottom of your feet to ground into Mother Earth. Give yourself permission to ground, I am grounded in this moment. I allow myself to be grounded into Mother Earth. Find the words that fit and resonate with you at this time. Allow yourself to follow your intuition, Your guidance. You are in control. You can start, Stop, Move, Shift anytime you need to. Follow your intuition and just open up yourself to receive light, Guidance, Support, Love, Joy, In every moment, But especially at this time. So keep bringing yourself to this moment, To your breath. Visualize yourself standing, Standing strong and powerful and glowing, And imagine you're glowing beautiful white light or golden light or whatever color comes to mind, Or even ask yourself what color is for my highest and greatest good at this time. What color light is rising within me? What color light will help me on my ascension path at this time? And whatever color you imagine, You think of, You feel, You know, What pops up in your mind. Imagine that color surround the outside of your body, In front of you, Behind you, Out to the side, To the other side, Above you, Below you. And as you inhale, Imagine bringing that light into your body and letting it expand to every single fiber, Every atom, Every cell, Every part of you. So the white light or the yellow, The golden, The platinum, The crystal light, Whatever light comes to mind, Pink, Purple, Magenta, Aqua, Red, Orange, Yellow, Whatever light, It could be iridescent, It could be rainbow of colors. Again, Follow your intuition, Imagine that light around you, Inside of you, Merging with every part of you with your breath, Giving it life, Giving it light, Giving it energy. And you start to raise your vibration, You start to raise your frequency, You keep breathing that energy, Bringing that light into every part of you. And imagine a staircase in front of you. And imagine you start walking up this staircase and this staircase could look different for you every time you come into this space. It could be white, It could be yellow, It could be made of stone, It could be made of glass. It could have sides made of glass, Sides made of wood, Sides that you can't see or feel. But create the intention that you want to go higher, You want to ascend, You want to go to the next level that is available to you at this time. You're raising your light, You're raising your energy, You're raising your frequency, Your vibration. So you keep going higher and higher up the steps, One step at a time. You keep going, You keep moving. You could take your time, You could step to the side, You could sit down on the steps and look back to see how far you've come, Looking back from a different vantage point. What do you see? What do you feel? And each step on that staircase elevates you further along your ascension path. So if you could go higher, Go higher. But if you're comfortable where you are, Stop there. But if you're going just with each step, Just feel that lightness, That expansion. Feel your frequency, You might feel yourself buzzing or moving or vibrating physically. And start to align with your higher self, Your higher realms. Connect to your higher consciousness. And as you ascend the staircase, Call upon your divine beings, Your angels, Your guides, The ascended masters to assist you on your journey. There are many different beings of light, Of energy. Or if you believe in God or Jesus, Call on God or Jesus or Mother Mary or a goddess or a priestess or a shaman, Whoever, Or your loved one that has passed. Or animals or animal totems. This is your ascension staircase. You're going up, You're going higher to the next step, One step in front of the other. And your spiritual family, Your soul family, These beings of light want to assist you. So if you would like their help, Give them permission, Please join me, Please support, Guide me as I ascend. And just take a moment while you're here to connect to your heart. And really feel that deep love and compassion that resides within you. And allow this love to expand and radiate throughout your entire body. Just shining brightly like a beacon of light, You are so beautiful, You are so bright, You are so loved and powerful. And while you're in this space, This sacred space, Invite the divine energies to activate your ascension path. You might feel gentle waves of energy washing over you, Awakening the dormant parts of you and aligning with your soul's purpose. You might want to affirm, I allow myself to align with my soul purpose. Or please show me or reveal to me or let me feel or know what my soul purpose is as I align with it. And right now just open up yourself to receive these insights, These messages, This guidance and that flow while you're in this heightened state of awareness, Of consciousness. And just trust your intuition, Trust the information and the activations you receive. Because they're perfectly aligned with your highest good, The highest good of all. Your self, The permission, I allow myself to receive. I allow myself to receive activations, Any downloads, Any light codes that are here to help me for my highest and greatest good. And for the greatest good of all on my ascension path, On my ascension journey. What is it that I need that is available to me now? I'm ready to receive it. Let it be gentle. And I allow any energies to transmute that no longer serve me. I let go of that which no longer serves me. Letting it go, Breathing it out, Inhaling what I need. And just incorporating that energy, That light, That joy, That love into your energy. Feeling yourself rise, Ascend, Get brighter, Get lighter. Feel it. And allow yourself to feel gratitude. Allow yourself to feel that divine connection just unfolding as you ascend on your path. What do you see? What do you feel? Just stay here for as long as comfortable. Take deep breaths. Keep those eyes closed and feel the expansion of your energy that resides within you. Allow the new energy to uplift you, To make you feel lighter and brighter. And remember you are being of light. This is your sacred journey of ascension. Embrace it. Embrace the activations, The insights that you receive in this meditation. Allow them to guide you as you rise into the light. As you embody your highest expression of love and divinity. Allow yourself the permission to receive and to know that you are worthy to go higher, To expand, To be powerful. To have love and joy and balance and abundance and confidence and beauty in everything you want. You are worthy of all. Allow yourself to receive. Stay here as long as you need to. What do you see? What do you feel? What do you know? What do you remember? And as you're here, Allow yourself to remember who you are. I remember who I am. I remember who I am. I remember who I am. When you're ready, You're going to slowly come back, Back down the staircase. Taking your time, Knowing you're coming back feeling lighter and brighter. Bring back those light codes. Anything that was activated within you, Just bringing everything back. Slow down that breath and slowly coming back to your body, Coming inside. Imagine just going back inside your body and start to move around with your fingers, Your toes. You might want to raise your arms above your head. Give yourself a nice stretch in each direction. Coming back, Feeling that lightness. Breathing and when you're ready, Slowly get up, Open up your eyes. You might want to write down any of your experiences, What you felt, What you know, What popped in your mind. Any memories, Any activations, Light codes, Which guides came through, Which ascended masters popped up. And you might not know all their names. You might not know who showed up, But you know something. Something deep down inside, Innately, Intuitively, You know there was a shift, There was a change. And you can come back anytime to listen again and again. It's always going to be different. But now you know what to expect. You're going higher, You ascend, You go up the staircase. If you see something different, You feel something different, Make sure you're comfortable with it. You're always in control. You are worthy to receive these energies. These new vibrations, This heightened sense of awareness. This new consciousness, This new energy, This new light, This new power. And this is you. Just remember who you are. I remember who I am. Remind yourself every day, I remember who I am. I am worthy to receive this light. I am worthy to align with my soul's purpose. And ask yourself, Or write it down, What is my soul's purpose? And if you don't get it, Feel it, Sense it right now, It's okay. It takes time to integrate. It takes time for your energy to shift. It takes time for these activations and downloads, These light codes, To calibrate. So be patient with yourself. In the next few days, You might notice things happening in your outside world that you want to pay attention to. There might be signs and symbols or insights to what happened at this time. During your dream time, There might be more information that is revealed to you. So you can write down what pops up in your dream state when you wake up in the morning. But trust that innate feeling. Learn to give permission for what you want. Allow yourself to receive what you need. And let go of what no longer serves you. To always follow your intuition.
