Hello and welcome.
It is wonderful that you are taking this moment to consciously close your day.
Everything that was loud today may now become quiet.
Everything that was fast may now slow down.
Find a position where you feel completely comfortable.
Maybe you want to pull the blanket up a little or adjust your pillow.
Take good care of yourself.
And when you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Allow your body to become heavy.
Imagine the mattress rising slightly to meet you,
To hold you.
You don't need to hold on to anything anymore.
And when you are ready,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Imagine the mattress rising slightly to meet you,
To hold you.
And when you are ready,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Imagine the mattress rising slightly to meet you,
To hold you.
And when you are ready,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Imagine the mattress rising slightly to meet you,
To hold you.
And when you are ready,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And when you are ready,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And when you are ready,
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Sink deep into the surface beneath you.
Your lower back relaxes.
Your belly rises and falls very gently.
Here,
In your centre,
It's warm and peaceful.
Let your shoulders drop down even further,
Away from your ears.
Relaxation flows like warm water through your upper arms,
Through your forearms,
Through your forearms,
Through your forearms.
Slowly and calm into your hands and into every single finger.
Your hands are resting quietly.
There's nothing left to do.
Relax your neck and your throat.
Let your jaw hang loosely.
Your tongue rests gently inside your mouth.
Your eyelids are heavy and comfortably cool.
Your forehead is smooth like a still lake.
Now imagine a beautiful,
Vast night sky opening up above you.
It is bathed in a deep,
Velvety blue.
It is a protective darkness,
A darkness that wraps around you like a soft,
Warm blanket.
In this sky,
Stars begin to twinkle.
One star after another lights up,
And yet so close to you they radiate in infinite peace.
This peace rains down on you like fine stardust.
Everything is still,
The world is sleeping,
And you are part of this great,
Peaceful silence.
Perhaps thoughts still drift by.
See them like small clouds passing in front of the stars.
They hide the light only for a moment,
And then they move on.
Let them drift further and further away.
You feel yourself sinking deeper into the soft pillows,
Into sleep.
It is safe to let go.
The starry sky is watching over you.
Enjoy this feeling of weightlessness,
Drifting between waking and dreaming.
It is so soft and safe,
Your body is already asleep.
Drifting over into the world of dreams.
Deep and relaxed.
Everything is well.
