Welcome to this regulating breathwork practice for financial stress.
Designed to help you find calm when your mind is caught in worry about money,
Stability,
Or the future.
Much is changing in the world right now,
And it's okay to feel the weight of that.
Many of us are.
And for the next few moments,
You don't need to solve anything or have anything figured out.
For now,
You are safe and it's okay to just be.
So go ahead and close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
Filling all the way up.
And exhale,
And as you do,
Just let go,
Letting your shoulders drop.
Letting tension release.
Allow yourself to simply notice the stress for a moment,
The thoughts.
No pressure to think differently.
No need to change anything yet.
Just be with it.
Be with the part of yourself that has this stress or fear or anxiety.
Just noticing.
And now,
We'll begin to gently shift your attention out of the mind and into the body and into the breath.
So take another slow breath in through the nose,
Filling all the way up.
And out again,
Relaxing,
Letting go of those thoughts or worries.
Taking another breath in now for a count of four.
Three.
Two.
One.
And exhale,
Letting go.
And allowing your exhale to carry a little bit longer than your inhale.
Letting the breath fall out,
Not pushing it.
And again,
Breathing in for four,
Filling all the way up,
Following your own count.
And breathing out for eight,
Releasing the breath.
And also releasing any worry,
Doubt,
Or fear.
And in for four,
Filling all the way up.
And out for eight.
Just extending that exhale to be roughly twice as long as your inhale.
Counting at your own pace in your mind,
Or simply keeping an intuitive rhythm.
Allowing your body to find its own rhythm.
No need to get it right.
Just letting the inhale come in and fill up for roughly four seconds.
And the exhale falling out for about twice as long as the inhale.
Staying with that rhythm.
Staying with your breath.
With each exhale,
Feeling your nervous system beginning to settle.
Your body remembering what it feels like to be safe.
Continuing to breathe.
And noticing how on the exhale,
You grow a little bit lighter and find a little more ease.
Allowing yourself to let go.
You are safe.
You are safe.
You are supported.
Nothing needs to be solved right now.
Nothing needs to be figured out in this moment.
Even if your mind is trying to run ahead.
Just bringing your awareness back to your breath.
Back to that rhythm.
Your body is here.
Breathing.
Steady.
Strong.
Take a moment to remember.
You've been here before.
Somewhere similar.
This weight.
Or uncertainty.
This fear.
And only later did you look back and realize things shifted.
Solutions appeared.
And you found your way through.
You always have.
And you always will.
This too shall pass.
Continuing to breathe.
You are more capable than this moment makes you feel.
Opportunities can open in ways you don't expect.
And support can show up in ways you don't see yet.
Just allow this truth in as you inhale.
For now,
Your only job to do is to breathe.
And allow your system to rest and reset.
Letting the breath stay steady.
Letting the body soften.
Letting a sense of calm and quiet trust.
Letting this moment begin to return.
Staying here for a few more breaths.
Letting the tension release.
And the mind be slow and steady.
You can continue to breathe like this for some time if you prefer.
Otherwise,
When you're ready,
We'll close the practice with one more big breath.
Breathing in in 3.
.
.
2.
.
.
1.
.
.
Taking the biggest breath in you've taken all day.
Filling all the way up.
And holding it.
Holding at the top.
For about 15 seconds.
Holding this strength and self-trust.
Trust in life.
And exhale,
Releasing every last bit of stress or fear.
Letting it all go.
You are supported even in uncertainty.
You are moving forward.
Listen to this track as often as you need as you move through this season.
Wishing you peace,
Steadiness,
And clarity.
Thank you for joining me.
Namaste.
