Welcome to this Tree of Life morning grounding meditation.

This meditation is designed to help you feel grounded,

Centered and ready to embrace the day ahead.

So find a comfortable position,

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and as you exhale imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet extending deep into the earth.

Feel the connection between your body and the earth grounding you and providing stability.

Visualize a magnificent tree in your mind's eye standing tall and strong.

This tree represents the Tree of Life,

A symbol of wisdom,

Growth and balance.

Imagine yourself standing before this tree,

Feeling its energy.

Stretch your arms out to the sides,

Palms facing up as if embracing the energy around you.

Visualize the sunlight filtering through the trees leaves,

Filling your body with warmth and vitality.

Feel the energy of the earth and the tree flowing into you,

Nourishing every cell of your entire being.

Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine extending deep into the earth.

These roots anchor you to the ground providing a sense of stability and strength.

Feel yourself becoming one with the earth,

Rooted and grounded.

As you stand before the Tree of Life notice how its branches reach towards the sky.

While its roots remain firmly planted in the ground.

This symbolizes the balance between the heavens and the earth's within you.

Visualizes balance and harmony spreading throughout your entire being.
