Welcome to this meditation affirmation practice for self-love.
I invite you to find a comfortable position either seated or laying down.
When you are ready gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable and take a full deep breath in and exhale fully let go.
Another inhale and exhale.
Last one together inhale and exhale.
I will now say some calming affirmations for you.
After I say each one twice I will leave a space for you,
A space to just breathe or repeat these affirmations in your mind or out loud,
Whatever feels right for you.
Let them fully sink in and now let us begin.
