Most of us think that if we didn't win the lottery at birth then we are doomed to live a life far removed from wealth and abundance. We say things like - I don't deserve it. I wasn't born into wealth. I can never be like the rich folks. We make such a strong case for what we don't want that often even when we get the opportunity to create wealth, we are unable to see it. This track takes you back to your childhood to understand when are where we pick up negative beliefs that block us from attracting the very wealth we so desire. Welcome to this deep inner child healing meditation.

My name is Parul and I am a money manifestation coach.

Today,

I will guide you to understand your subconscious blocks that may be stopping you from living your wealthiest life.

When it comes to wealth,

Most of us feel that if we did not win the lottery at birth,

We are doomed for life.

Meaning,

If we were not born into wealth,

There is no way that we can create it in our life.

Simply because it wasn't intended to be that way.

And we give all sorts of reasons for it.

We say,

I don't deserve it.

I come from a poor family.

I come from a poor country.

People like me never make it.

It has always been like this in my family.

And we are so busy making a case for why we can't have it that we never even give it a fair chance.

This is why we refuse to even ask or allow ourselves to receive when ideas,

Opportunities or wealth presents itself right in front of us.

And that is why we are doing this work today.

So that we can open our hearts and minds to calling in abundance.

To calling in an overflow of wealth.

So before we start,

I ask you to soften your body a little bit.

Not to slump or slouch,

But gently soften.

Maybe your jaw if it's tight.

Your shoulders,

Relax them a little bit.

Your forehead.

Maybe turn your head sideways from one side to the other.

And then come back to the center.

And now take a deep breath in and exhale with a sigh.

One more time.

Deep breath in and out with a sigh.

And now we're going to breathe three times to count of three.

Three counts to inhale.

Three to hold on.

And three as we exhale.

Follow my lead.

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three.

Hold,

One,

Two,

Three.

And exhale,

One,

Two,

Three.

And again,

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three.

Hold,

Two,

One.

Exhale,

Two,

One.

Last time,

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three.

Hold,

One,

Two,

Three.

And exhale,

One,

Two,

Three.

And now keep your eyes closed.

But notice how you feel more centered.

And now listen to me carefully.

No matter what we do,

Achieve,

Or become in our professional or worldly roles,

There is a little child within each of us who just wants to feel safe and enough and loved.

Not for what they do,

But for who they are.

And who are we at the core of us?

All of us are pure love at our very core.

The same substance that the universe is made of.

So in today's practice,

I'm going to invite you to go back to your childhood.

Visualize your childhood days.

Whatever age comes up for you is just right.

Notice what it is.

Are you 10,

8,

Or maybe 6 months?

What are you wearing?

What do you look like?

Where are you?

Is it your childhood home?

Or are you at your grandparents?

Are you in school?

Or are you at home?

Are you in the living room?

Or are you in the front yard?

What's happening around you?

Are your parents stressed and fighting over money?

What is it about?

Is it about the new school shoes that you need on Saturday?

Or is it about rent?

Or perhaps something else?

Are they fighting over the expenses?

Is one of your parents taking the financial responsibility disproportionately?

Are they tired of working so hard and yet not having enough?

How does it make you feel?

Are you scared?

Are you sad?

Are you confused?

Do you feel unseen in this scenario?

Do you feel unworthy?

What is the meaning you're taking out of what's going on?

Does it make you feel that your needs are a burden on other people?

Does it make you feel not enough?

Did you conclude that you need to work really hard to make sure that there are no fights?

Did it make you believe that you're not worthy or deserving of having wealth?

What was that exact moment when you decided that money is not for you?

And what was the exact belief that you chose to pick up?

How is it running your life now?

I want to remind you that it is not your fault.

It's all right.

You were just a little child with big feelings.

In this moment,

I want you to become one with your childhood version.

I want you to feel the fear,

The sadness,

The not enoughness,

The shame that you felt,

And I want you to breathe through it.

If tears come up,

Allow them to flow freely.

Take long,

Deep breaths and allow your adult version to tell your childhood self,

It is all right to feel this way.

I see you.

I know you feel scared.

I know you feel sad.

I know you feel like a burden.

I know you feel shame.

I know you feel like hiding.

And I want to tell you that it is okay to feel this way because this is not who you are.

You're only feeling this way and you're allowed to feel this way.

Comfort your childhood self.

Soothe them.

Give them a hug if they need one.

Ask them what they want.

Do they want to be held?

Do they require your presence?

Do they need to hear some soothing words?

Give them exactly what they need from you in this moment.

As they calm down,

Give them the message that they needed to hear back then.

What is it that they needed to hear about wealth,

About their parents,

About what they felt when their parents were fighting over money or when they had to show up at school with their old torn shoes and all they felt was shame.

Now place your hand on your heart and repeat that message.

Whatever comes up for you is right.

Tell them that money is not to blame here.

Tell them that you are a valuable,

Precious little Cherub who is so loved.

Tell them that they never were and never will be a burden on anyone.

Tell them that vast amounts of wealth is available to them.

Tell them that their self-worth is separate from material wealth.

Tell them that there is nothing to prove that they don't have to work so hard.

Tell them that they can breathe and relax.

It is safe to have money.

It is safe to allow money to come with ease.

Tell them their truth.

Give them an empowering message about creating wealth,

About their ability to earn and hold on to wealth.

That abundance is available to all.

That we were all born deserving of an overflow.

That God did not pick favorites.

We are all his favorite.

And when you're done,

Take a deep breath and let out a sigh as you breathe out.

Allow your child self to break free from all those heavy feelings and beliefs around wealth.

One more time,

Give them the permission to go after their dreams,

To feel free to claim what has always been theirs.

Wealth,

Abundance,

Overflow.

Tell them to claim it now and going forward,

Never to tell themselves that they can't have it because it is already theirs.

And now notice how you feel.

Has something shifted?

Do you feel a little bit lighter?

Promise your childhood self that you will always be there for them.

That you will make sure that they are seen,

Heard and taken care of.

That they get to create new,

Empowering,

Liberating beliefs around wealth because it is their birthright to have abundance in their life.

Now repeat these words to your childhood self.

I am open and willing to change my relationship with wealth.

I am open and willing to call in more abundance into my life.

I feel deserving of an overflow in my life.

I am so loved.

I am so powerful.

I deserve everything good in life.

I am worthy of all my desires.

I am a powerful creator and I get to call in wealth with ease.

Now give them another hug before you come back to the present moment.

Take a deep breath in and sigh out.

Another breath in and out through the mouth.

Take a few more seconds until you're anchored in the current moment.

And whenever you feel like it,

Open your eyes gently.

I would love for you to share in the comments how this practice felt for you and what was your biggest breakthrough that came up.

What is it that your childhood self needed to hear about wealth and abundance?

Share so that we can all learn and grow together.

Because trust me,

You're not alone in feeling this way.

Thank you so much.

It was such an honor to share this practice with you.

If it helped you,

Do leave a review so that more people can find it and benefit from this.
