A crucial yet often ignored step to conscious creation or what is popularly called manifestation is developing self-awareness. A mindfulness meditation practice is a perfect tool to anchor into the present moment. As we make this a way of being, we are able to consciously choose our thoughts, words, feelings, and actions. This is where our power lies as we co-create our reality. The self-awareness cultivated through Mindfulness helps us choose an expansive reality where our desires thrive.

Welcome.

Today I want to take you to a step that is crucial to the process of deliberate manifestation and yet it remains deeply neglected.

It is the practice of mindfulness.

Mindfulness or being present in this very moment in the eternal now is what puts us in a position of power to co-create our reality,

To manifest our desires,

To choose our thoughts,

Our words,

Our response in any situation and hence continuously create our reality by design,

By choice.

But most of us continue to live in our heads,

A prisoner to our own minds.

We are trapped in the virtual world of our mind playing worst-case scenarios from the past or into the future over and over again and this is how we call in those scenarios.

We either stay stuck where we are because we are in the past or we are in the future playing the movie of what we do not desire.

The modern-day world offers a lot of distractions.

Social media,

Other people's highlight reels,

All of it gets us into the comparison mode without even realizing it.

It is only when we deeply connect with the present moment that we connect to ourselves and our desires.

Abundance is present in the here but we are disconnected from it because we are disconnected from this moment.

But the moment we choose to connect with the abundance already present in our life,

We become an embodiment of it.

As we notice the leaves on the trees,

The air that we breathe,

The snowflakes on the ground,

The sunshine that warms us,

The water droplets that get together to make the water we drink.

The moment we start savoring it,

We realize we are bathed in abundance.

Think of the multiple muscles,

Nerves,

Hormones and organs that get together to get you to open up your eyes in the morning.

Isn't that a miracle?

Isn't this abundance?

Sink into this realization.

Sink into the abundance that is available in the here and now and as you breathe into it,

Truly and genuinely feel the gratitude that comes up.

And this is how you step into the embodiment of this abundance.

You core of it into your life.

The universe has no choice but to bring more of it to you because this is what you're embodied in now.

Because it is the law.

Just like gravity,

It is the law of attraction.

Like attracts like.

The universe is governed by it.

So let's practice it together now.

Close your eyes.

Now take a deep breath in and start relaxing your body.

Starting from the top of your head,

Inhale to the count of 5,

3,

2,

4,

3,

2 and as you exhale,

Feel your head relax.

Once again,

Inhale to the count of 5 and this time relax your forehead.

Crease out,

Release all the tension and exhale 5,

4,

3,

2.

Now relax your jaw.

Unclench your jaw as you inhale to the count of 5.

Relax the muscles of your cheek,

Your lips,

Your nose,

Your ears.

Become aware of each and every part as I mention it and exhale all the stress,

All the tension that you've been holding within and similarly relax your neck as you breathe in to the count of 5,

4,

3,

2,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1 and exhale.

Continue this pattern of breathing as you now relax your shoulders and your upper back 5,

4,

3,

2.

Remember to maintain an erect posture as you relax.

Keep your body soft and relaxed but do not slouch or give up completely.

Be alert and be in sync with your body.

Now breathe into your heart space to the count of 7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2 and exhale to the count of 7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2.

Feel your heart expand with every cycle of in-breath.

Keep your hand on your heart if it helps you connect in 7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

7,

6,

5,

3,

2.

Feel into the openness of your heart.

Feel into the spaciousness.

Notice if you're more connected with your body now.

If your mind wanders,

Use the sound of the bell.

It is with practice that you train your mind to be centered.

As you come back to the breathing pattern of 5,

3,

2 and exhale similarly,

Relax your stomach now.

Feel into your stomach and relax the muscles,

Hips.

Breathe in,

Connect with your upper thighs and relax all the muscles and now your inner thighs and the shin.

Continue to breathe and relax your body.

Remember the mind is very jumpy,

Wanting to get distracted by every little noise,

Notification,

Random thought.

Perhaps a task that comes to your mind as you try to get centered,

As you try to create stillness.

You might have the urge to move.

Notice it all.

This is where you train your mind to be in the present moment,

To not get distracted.

That is around us constantly and if you're not able to do it right now,

It is a practice.

It is a consistent practice.

It needs training to get used to the stillness and connecting with your breath and your body is the best way of doing so.

As we come towards the end of this meditation,

I will give you some time to practice on your own but remember the magic happens in these few minutes that you are with me.

As you take this practice into your daily life,

Every moment,

Whether you're working at your office,

Whether you're doing your chores at home,

Whether you're sitting with your loved one,

Bringing your attention,

Your presence,

Your pure deep presence to whatever it is that you're doing in the now is what makes this a lifestyle.

From that place you will become a bag.

This is where the transformation happens in the now.

As you sink into the abundance that this moment offers you,

You become.

Now take a few seconds of stillness,

Practice it as I leave you to it.

Lovely way to move from the head space to the body. The counting was super helpful and calming. I felt really relaxed in bodybags mind after this practice. Would definitely put this in my favourites. Thank you.
