In this meditation we will practice to allow change in a positive way.
Sometimes things are happening around us and we have no other choice than to accept how it influences us.
But it's also possible that the want or need to change comes from within.
So let's take a look at that.
Make sure you are as comfortable as possible.
You can either sit down or lay down,
Whatever feels more comfortable.
Close your eyes and relax.
Take a few deep breaths in and out.
Relax.
Make sure every muscle and every fiber in your body is fully at ease.
Relax your toes and your feet.
Your ankles.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your legs,
Your knees.
All the way to your hips.
And just let them fully sink into the cushion you're sitting on or the mattress you're lying on.
Feel how your belly relaxes with every out-breath.
Release all the tension in your lower back.
Relax your chest,
Your upper back.
And rub your shoulders as much as possible.
Let your arms rest peacefully next to your body or in your lap.
Whatever feels best for you.
Relax your hands and your fingers.
Let all the energy flow freely through your body.
Relax your neck and your throat.
And breathe in and out through the mouth to really open all the energy gates through your body.
And on every out-breath,
Release control a little bit more.
Relax your jaw and your cheeks.
The back of your head.
Relax your eyes and your eyebrows.
Your forehead.
Make sure your face is fully relaxed.
Relax the top of your head and your crown chakra.
Take a few deep breaths.
And feel how your body is fully relaxed at the moment.
Open to receive whatever you wanted to receive.
And then I invite you to imagine that there is a warm blanket lying around you.
Protecting you like it's your own cocoon.
It's feeding you with all the warmth and energy you need at this moment.
It covers your whole body and even your head.
You're shielded from outside energy.
Only present with yourself.
As if there is a skin around you.
It provides you from all the space you need.
And invites the feeling that you can stay in this cocoon until you're ready to make a change.
Feel how it gives you all the strength you need.
As if it's recharging your battery.
Feel the strength and the power spread through your body.
From your head to the rest of the body.
Through the neck,
Shoulders,
Chest.
Fully down to your arms.
And to your legs and feet.
Feel how the cocoon recharges your body with all the strength it needs.
All the strength you need to make a change.
And as you have received the strength.
Sense how it gives you all the love you need as well.
Focus on your heart area.
And feel how this protection.
Make sure you can love again.
You can love yourself and others.
Even those who require forgiveness.
By being in this cocoon it's safe to feel the love again.
Feel the kindness,
The compassion.
It's safe to let it into your heart.
It's safe to forgive people.
And safe to forgive yourself.
And notice how the cocoon is fully filled with the love.
That your heart sends out.
And that your heart wants to receive.
And just enjoy this pleasant feeling of strength and love.
And feel that it's okay to stay in this cocoon for a while.
And invite the idea that this cocoon gives you all the patience you need.
The patience with yourself and with others.
And that this change you want or need comes in steps.
This can be small steps,
Big steps.
Depending on the situation.
Everything is okay.
I invite you to focus on your third eye.
And see the change in front of you.
What is it that has to happen within you.
And in your surroundings.
Are there things you need to do?
Or do you just need to let go of control?
So the change can happen itself.
Take a deep breath to make sure you stay fully relaxed while seeing this change.
Everything is going to be okay.
Everything is going to be perfect.
All at the right time.
Just take your time to experience this cocoon.
The strength and safety it gives.
The love.
The patience.
And be grateful that you are given the possibility to change.
And with all these pleasant feelings.
You can open your arms whenever you feel ready.
And spread them out next to your body.
And while doing this feel how you open your heart.
Open your body.
To receive the change.
As necessary.
That you want or need.
And as you spread your arms.
Feel how there are wings supporting it.
And it is as if you can fly away whenever you are ready.
Feel how the wings are strengthening your arms.
As if you can conquer the whole world.
You can conquer any situation.
You are powerful.
And with an open heart I invite you to smile to everything you have to face.
Accept all the love that is here in the world.
And decide to spread the love as well.
Accept the change you are facing with an open heart.
And decide to look at it in a lovely way.
And love it unconditionally.
Love is all around you.
Even when you are powerful enough to open your heart.
And let everyone in that you want to let in.
It is safe to open your heart.
And as you can fully experience this love.
I invite you to focus on the third eye again.
And see how everything has changed.
Experience how this change is for you.
And see how the wings that bring you this change look like.
What is their shape,
Their color or colors.
Which pattern do they have.
And see how beautiful you are.
Like a butterfly.
That got his beautiful and lovely wings.
And imagine you are walking through this world.
With these wings behind you.
But the world is renewed.
As it has changed.
Like you have changed as well.
We change every day.
And it is up to you to choose to keep these wings.
And have a positive attitude towards the change.
