Welcome to I did meditation too.
Take a moment to get out of your mind and into your body.
Again,
By coming into a comfortable seat.
Rooting down through your sit bones,
Allow the spine to lengthen.
Slight tuck of the chin as the neck lengthens and the crown of the head reaches towards the sky.
Drop your shoulders down away from your ears.
And begin to come into connection with your breath.
Take a slow breath in through the nose.
And then letting it out of the mouth,
Sigh it out.
Another breath like that in through the nose.
Out through the mouth,
Sighing it out.
And we'll take a breath in.
This time pausing at the top of the inhale.
And softly letting that exhale lengthen as the breath leaves your body.
Once more,
Breathing in through the nose,
Find a hold at the top of your inhale.
A nice long steady exhale.
Arriving into this body.
Into this moment of stillness.
Healing yourself.
Connect down into the earth.
Rooted and steady.
Here in this moment.
Your breath,
Your anchor.
Your body,
Your home.
Let the momentum of your day all of the doing.
Any of the pushing.
Let it drift on by.
Anchoring down into this moment that simply asks you to be.
To be aware.
To be awake.
Be present.
To feel your wholeness.
And we'll take two more connected breaths together.
Once again,
Breathing in nice and slow through the nose.
Opening your mouth,
Sighing it out.
And breathing in through the nose.
Letting go,
Sighing out the mouth.
When you're ready.
Simply flutter open your eyes,
Take a little bit of gentle movement.
Return to your day.
