Welcome.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Allow your body to settle.

If it feels safe to do so,

Gently close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and release it through your mouth.

This guided audio is designed to support your body during a parasite cleanse.

It does not force,

Fight,

Or create stress.

Instead,

It supports your body's natural intelligence,

Elimination pathways,

And inner balance.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Let it move naturally.

No effort required.

With each exhale,

Imagine your body softening.

Your jaw relaxes.

Your tongue fall from the roof of your mouth.

Your shoulders soften and your belly gently expands and contracts with each breath.

Your body knows how to cleanse.

Your body knows how to eliminate.

Your job here is simply to create the conditions for support.

Silently or out loud,

Set this intention.

I am supporting my body with calm,

Clarity,

And respect.

I allow what no longer serves me to release with ease.

There is no urgency,

No force,

Only cooperation.

Now bring your awareness to your digestive system.

From the stomach,

Through the colon,

All the way to eliminating.

Imagine this entire system becoming calm,

Warm,

And responsive.

Any organisms,

Debris,

Or imbalances that no longer belong here are gently loosening their hold.

Your body knows how to escort them out safely and efficiently.

Picture elimination pathways opening smoothly.

The colon,

The liver,

Your lymphatic system,

Your kidneys are all working together in harmony.

Nothing is rushed,

Nothing is strained.

Breathe here.

Deep inhale through your nose.

And as you exhale,

Soften that space in between your shoulder blades,

Allowing your spine to completely soften.

Inhale deeply.

And as you exhale here,

Soften the abdomen,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Feet,

Ankles,

All soften.

If at any point during a cleanse,

Specifically your parasite cleanse,

You start to feel sensations,

And they come up to the surface.

They may look like movement,

Gurgling,

Fatigue,

Or awareness.

You meet them with calm observation.

You are not under attack.

Your body is definitely not in danger.

This is not a battle.

This is a process of restoration,

Clarity,

And return to balance.

Take one final deep breath in,

And release it slowly.

When you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhaling in gratitude.

Carry this sense of calm and trust with you as your body continues its work now and over the coming hours.

Your body knows what to do.
