The content of this course was exactly what I knew I needed for my gut to heal. I have felt that the symptoms I’m experiencing are emotionally nervous-system related and finding this course was no coincidence 💜 The only ask I would have is to slow down the guided part as I found it moved too fast to be able to fully immerse & complete each part and to allow space in between each sentence for the listener to repeat what was asked to be said as I missed the next idea whilst saying the first one. 🙏🏽🌺
