Welcome, beloved soul. This is a sacred moment for you to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself. In this meditation, we’ll journey into your body—specifically your gut, your center of intuition and emotional storage—and begin to lovingly release what no longer serves you. This is a safe space. A holy space. And your only job right now is to breathe, listen, and receive.

Welcome,

Beloved soul.

This is a sacred moment for you to pause,

Breathe,

And come home to yourself.

In this meditation,

We'll journey into your body,

Specifically your gut,

Your center of intuition and emotional storage,

And begin to slowly and lovingly release what no longer serves you.

This is a safe space,

A holy space,

And your only job right now is to breathe,

Listen,

And receive.

Close your eyes and allow your body to settle.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your belly like a soft balloon.

Hold gently at the top and exhale slowly through your mouth,

Letting go of tension.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Hold,

Exhale fully,

Softening your shoulders,

Unclenching your jaw,

Relaxing your belly.

With every breath moving forward,

Feel your body becoming heavy,

Grounded,

And safe.

Picture golden light pouring down from above,

Covering you in warmth and peace.

Now,

Bring your attention to your digestive system,

Your stomach,

Your intestines,

And your colon.

This is not just a physical space,

It is your emotional storehouse,

A sacred temple where your body keeps record of everything you've experienced.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Silently say to yourself,

I honor my body,

I honor my gut,

I honor all that I have carried.

I honor my body,

I honor my gut,

I honor all that I have carried.

One more time,

I honor my body,

I honor my gut,

I honor all that I have carried.

Taking a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

You are filling into this part of yourself with compassion,

Curiosity,

And love.

Now,

Imagine your colon as a beautiful crystal river,

Flowing gently and clearly.

See light sparkling through this river,

Touching every cell,

Every memory,

Every story your body has stored.

Now,

Notice areas where the river feels blocked or heavy.

These are simply places where emotions have been waiting for your attention.

Breathe into these spaces with love.

Now,

With every exhale,

Imagine old emotions,

Fear,

Sadness,

Resentment,

Anxiety,

Leaving your body like gray smoke,

Dissolving into the earth.

The earth receives this energy and lovingly transforms it into pure light.

Repeat silently,

I release what no longer serves me.

I am safe to let go.

I am open to clarity,

Light,

And love.

See the river becoming clearer,

Brighter,

And more vibrant with every single breath.

Feel your gut softening,

Your body unwinding,

And your nervous system settling into deep peace.

Now place your hands gently over your belly.

Feel warmth radiating from your hands into your gut.

Repeat softly to yourself,

I trust my body,

I listen to my inner wisdom,

My digestion is clear,

Strong,

And calm.

I am free from emotional weight.

I choose peace in my mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Take a deep breath and imagine yourself filled with white,

Golden light radiating from your core.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath,

To the space around you,

To the present moment.

Take one last deep,

Nourishing inhale,

And a long,

Soft exhale.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes and notice how much lighter you feel.

Thank yourself for showing up for your body,

Your healing,

And your emotional clarity today.

You've just taken a powerful step in your health and spiritual journey,

And remember this calm,

Clear energy is always available to you.
