This track will gently shift you into your Parasympathetic Nervous System, allowing you to relax, recover, and rejuvenate. (Must wear headphones) We will inhale for 4, have a little pause, then exhale for 4we pause, and start again. Listening to this will improve your day, your digestion, your mood, and your alignment with the universe, and is enough to listen till the fifth minute ( but if you feel like listening to all of it you won't regret it) It's amazing to listen only once, in the afternoon, from after lunch till 6 pm The balancing effect will bring you up if you are feeling down, or calm you if you feel too hyper and anxious.
