Welcome,

Dear one.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting upright with your feet flat on the ground or lying down with your legs gently extended.

Close your eyes and take a deep,

Slow breath in and release it fully.

Let your body soften with each exhale.

With every breath,

Allow yourself to arrive more deeply in this moment.

This time is yours,

Safe,

Gentle and deeply held.

Feel the natural rhythm of your breath,

Steady and calm.

With each inhale,

You draw in peace.

With each exhale,

You let go of tension.

Now,

Bring your attention to the soles of your feet.

Notice the sensations there,

The weight of your body resting upon the earth beneath you.

Imagine that the ground below is alive,

Ancient and endlessly supportive.

With every breath,

Feel yourself becoming heavier,

More connected.

It is safe to release,

Safe to rest,

Safe to root.

Now,

Begin to imagine,

From the soles of your feet,

Fine tendrils of energy extend downward.

These tendrils become roots,

Glowing with soft light.

They gently push through the floor,

The soil,

The layers of earth.

See them stretching deeper,

Winding past stones,

Weaving through underground rivers,

Curling around crystals that shine like stars in the dark.

Your roots spread outward and downward,

Strong yet supple,

Entwining with the ancient earth below.

With each inhale,

Feel your roots growing longer,

Deeper.

With each exhale,

Feel the strength of the earth rising up through them,

Flowing into your body.

As your roots journey deeper,

You sense other roots nearby.

Some are thick and ancient,

Others slender and new.

They belong to those who walked before you,

Your ancestors.

Allow your roots to gently touch theirs.

Notice how they welcome you,

Weaving together in a quiet embrace.

You may sense their warmth,

Their strength,

Their wisdom flowing through this vast underground network.

You are not alone.

Your roots are part of a great tapestry,

A web of life that stretches across generations and time.

Take a moment here to feel the presence of your ancestors.

Some may reveal themselves as faces,

Voices,

Or simply as a warm knowing.

Let them come as they wish.

Softly.

Safely.

Feel their support rising up through your roots,

Entering your body like a gentle current of light.

Now,

Allow that ancestral energy to flow upward through your feet,

Your legs,

Your core.

It fills your heart with strength.

It fills your mind with clarity.

Your spirit with grounding.

Breathe in their love.

And breathe out gratitude.

You are deeply rooted.

Begin to draw your awareness back to your physical body.

Feel your breath,
