
Meet Your Spirit Guides-Out Of Body Experience

Preparing yourself for an outer body experience,
In which you use your astral body to travel,
Moving beyond space and time,
Beyond the third dimension,
Into the astral dimension where you perceive and see with your more subtle body.
Coming to lie down in a position that's comfortable on your back,
Lying on your bed or in a reclined position or using a mat,
Placing any pillows or bolsters under your knees or under your head,
Maybe a blanket or an eye covering for your eyes,
Dimming the lights or using any incense,
Fragrances to help you float into a different dimension.
In the astral realm,
You'll enter into your subconscious mind at the doorway between a meditative state and a dream state.
So when you're ready,
Preparing yourself,
Checking to make sure you're as comfortable as possible so you don't have to move,
So your astral body can easily slip out of the stillness of your physical body,
Inviting in a slow inhalation in through your nose,
Sighing it out.
At your pace,
Breathing in through your nose,
Sighing it out,
Letting go of any concerns or tensions,
Physical or mental.
A few more rounds on your own.
Let your breath return back to a natural rhythm,
Aware of the space that you're in,
Aware of the surface that your body is upon,
Aware of your body,
Your breath moving in and out of your body,
Your mind drawn to the inner world as you take this journey inward,
Aware of the space of your mind,
The Akash,
The space within.

Create an image or symbol for yourself.
If you feel lost or want to return back to the physical dimension,
See an image in your mind,
Whatever forms,
Whatever comes to you,
Let that be the symbol that you willfully bring forth into your mind.
If you want to come back into your body during your practice,
Mentally whisper in your mind,
My body relaxes,
My mind is aware,
You're in a relaxed state of awareness.

Move your awareness to the crown of your head.
From the crown of your head,
Imagine white soothing light soothing and stilling your body,
The back of your skull.

White flowing light moves down your temples,
The sides of your head,
Seeping into the pores,
Moving down the front of your forehead,
You can feel the softness spreading across your forehead,

Spreading your eyebrows,
Softening your eyelids,
The muscles around your eyes,
7.
Releasing,
The eyes sinking towards the back of your skull,
The soft light slides down the bridge of your nose to the tip of your nose,

Gliding across your cheeks,
Into the ears and the inner ears,
9.
Your upper jaw,
Your upper set of teeth,
Your upper lip becoming more and more soft,

Lower jaw,
Lower set of teeth,
Lower lip,
11.
Releasing,
Relaxing,
12.
The white light gently pouring down the neck,
The sides of your neck,
The back of your neck,
The front of the neck and the throat,

The white light flowing down both of your arms,
As it does,
It softens the front and the backs of the shoulders,

Flowing down the arms,
Passing the elbow and the wrist joints,
Moving to the palms of your hands,
To gentle balls of soft white light in the palms of your hands,

It moves down your fingers to your fingertips,
Softening,
Loosening,
16.
Be aware of white light now moving down the front of your chest,
Your upper chest,
17.
Oozing down the front and back of your torso,
Under the armpits,
Flowing down the middle chest,
The middle ribs,
You can feel your heart begin to relax and expand freely,

Your lungs a sense of peace and calm,
The light moving down,
Warming your belly,
And your lower back,
Softening the muscles around the back,
The base of your spine,

Around the hips,
The light moving down,
Down the legs,
Passing down into the ankles,
That soft glow white light at the soles of your feet and the tops of your feet,
Moving down your toes,
White light seeping out from the tips of your toes,
If you looked at your body,
You would see that soft white glow encased by your physical body,
It expands outward beyond the skin with every breath in,
With every breath out,
The light begins to circulate and move down under the skin,
Resting,
You begin to feel this light is able to travel and move beyond your physical body,

And out beyond the room,
You project out into a space,
A clearing at night time,
There's a golden staircase that leads up into the sky,
Your light body starts to move in the direction of the base of the stairs,
There are many,
Float up,
Up into the sky,
Up towards the clouds,
Gliding up the staircase,
You begin to hear a beautiful sound,
One of the most beautiful tones you've ever heard,
Eventually,
You glide your way to the apex,
You see on the other side of the staircase,
A beautiful green valley of evergreen trees,
Evergreen trees,
The air is fresh,
Slightly cool,
In the distance,
As you notice a field of purple lavender,
You can smell the scent of lavender,
You descend your way down the stairs,
Walking or running or floating through the sky,
You go down,
Standing at the foot of the stairs,
Someone's come to greet you,
It's your spirit guide,
It's your guide,
See its form,
Whether it be human or animal or otherworldly,
This is your guide,
A sign to watch over you,
Trust the form that you see in front of you,
There's a path and a nearby clearing where you walk with your spirit guide,
Your spirit guide greets you warmly,
Welcoming you into this enchanted place,
You feel as if there's magic in the air,
At the center of this clearing,
There's a bonfire,
In which you and your spirit guide sit down nearby,
Keeping warm,
The glow of the moon above you,
A silver crescent moon shines down,
A glistening light comes over you both,
Your spirit guide asks you is there anything you want to know,
A direction,
A next step,
Some clarity on a certain situation,
You're able to confer easily,
Confiding in this trustworthy being,
In this conversation with your confidant who cares,
Hear the wisdom your guide has to offer,
Whether it's in symbols or language or images,
See what comes through for you,
You may be using a little bit of your imagination where there's a space for more magic,
You start to conclude this conversation with a warm embrace between you and your guide,
Your guide leads you back from the clearing onto the path,
You hear some owls hooting in the distance,
You arrive back at the golden staircase through the evergreen forest,
Satisfied,
You say goodbye to your spirit guide,
You turn,
You move back gently up the golden staircase,
Reaching high up into the sky,
You look down the opposite side of the staircase and you see the clouds,
You make your way slowly,
Slowly beyond the clouds into the sky,
But you slide back down to the base of the stairs,
To the clearing where you see your body in front of you lying down,
Your astral body moves back down under the skin of your physical body,
Your physical body resting peacefully,
Become aware of your physical body,
Its place in your space,
Its dimensions,
Noticing your toes and your feet,
Your fingers and your hands,
Noticing your legs and your arms,
The trunk of your body,
Your neck and your head,
You're completely back in your physical body,
Breathe into the physical body,
Exhale completely,
Honoring the journey that you've just had,
The information you received,
Slowly breathing in,
Honoring the inner light,
The inner you,
When you're ready,
Awakening fingers and toes,
Arms and legs,
Head and neck,
Take your time to come to a seated position,
Integrating yourself slowly back into the rest of your day,
