In this meditation,
You will journey along a river to connect with your spirit guides,
Those beings who offer love,
Support,
And wisdom on your path.
Allow yourself to be open and receptive to their presence as we flow together.
First,
Start off by finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Then gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs with air.
Exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension or distractions.
Now let's take a few more deep breaths,
Inhaling peace and exhaling any worry.
Now begin to visualize a tranquil river.
Picture yourself standing at the riverbank,
Feeling the earth beneath your feet,
Solid and supportive.
The water flows gently before you,
Shimmering in the sunlight.
It sounds soothing and rhythmic.
As you breathe in,
Imagine inhaling the freshness of the river,
Feeling your body with its energy.
As you exhale,
Release any tension,
Allowing it to flow away with the current.
Let yourself feel grounded and connected to the earth.
Imagine yourself stepping closer to the river.
With each step,
Feel your connection with the water deepening.
As you approach,
You notice how the river flows effortlessly,
Moving around stones and bins,
Embodying grace and resilience.
Now envision yourself gently stepping into that river,
Feeling its cool waters enveloping your feet.
With each step deeper into the water,
You feel more at ease,
Letting go of any worries.
The currents support you,
Guiding you along the path.
As you float down the river,
Allow yourself to be carried by the current.
Feel the water supporting you as you relax and let go.
As you drift,
Visualize the landscape around you.
A beautiful forest,
Gentle hills,
Or serene meadows.
Nature is alive,
Vibrant,
And full of energy.
In this sacred journey,
Invite your spirit guides to join you.
You may feel their presence as gentle ripples in the water,
Whispers in the breeze,
Or warm sensations in your heart.
Trust that they are here,
Supporting and guiding you.
As you continue to float,
Notice how the river flows into a serene pool,
Calm and still.
This is a sacred space where you can connect to your spirit guides more directly.
Allow yourself to come to rest in this pool,
Feeling safe,
Inspired,
And supported.
Take a moment to invite your spirit guides to reveal themselves.
You may see them,
You may feel them,
Or simply know their presence.
Trust whatever arises.
In this space,
They may offer you messages,
Symbols,
Or even insights that are meaningful to you.
I invite you to listen attentively to what they have to share.
Fear their love and support,
Enveloping you like a warm embrace.
You are not alone on your journey.
They are always by your side.

Gently pose it to your spirit guides.
Allow the answers to flow to you through sensations,
Images,
Or feelings.

Allowing their guidance to settle in your heart and mind.

As your time in the pool begins to draw to a close,
Take a moment to express gratitude to your spirit guides for their presence and guidance.
You might silently thank them or offer them love from your heart,
Knowing that you can return to this space whenever you wish.
When you are ready,
Visualize yourself gently floating back down the river,
Feeling the current support you.
As you reach the riverbank,
Slowly step out of the water,
Bringing with you the love and wisdom of your spirit guides.
Take a moment to notice how you feel,
And as you begin to bring your awareness back to your physical body,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
