In this mind training meditation, we will cultivate the intimacy of being here, to cultivate inner calm – continually present and connected. We’re usually anywhere BUT here. Usually, we are caught up in various stories, and to-do lists. When we train our minds to recognize this happening, we can shift this state, the natural effect of this is we become calmer.
