Bare Minimum Guidance - Contact Points
The practice begins and ends with three soft gongs, with occasional cues throughout to encourage grounded, self-guided awareness. This meditation explores awareness through the points of contact the body makes with the present moment. With minimal guidance and extended periods of silence, attention is gently invited toward sensations such as the weight of the body, the feeling of support beneath you, and the touch of air, clothing, or surface against the skin.
