Welcome.

This is your time to soften,

To surrender,

And to reconnect with the calm that always exists within you.

Let your body find comfort,

Seated or lying down.

Let your eyes gently close,

Your hands rest,

And your shoulders drop.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale slowly through the mouth.

And exhale.

Begin to draw your awareness to your body.

Start at the top of your head.

Imagine a soft,

Warm light gently touching your scalp,

Your forehead,

Your cheeks.

Let it smooth away any tension.

Unclench your jaw.

Soften your eyes.

This light travels down your neck,

Across your shoulders,

Melting away the weight they've been carrying.

Into your arms,

Hands,

And fingertips.

Warmth flows through your chest.

You feel your breath steady,

Gentle,

Grounding.

Your belly rises and falls.

This light moves through your hips.

Now imagine yourself standing in a quiet forest.

The ground is soft beneath your feet,

Mossy and alive.

Sunlight streams through the branches,

Warm,

And the air is fresh,

Earthy,

Alive.

Each step grounding you deeper.

A distant rustle in the leaves.

A soft breeze against your skin.

You feel held by something ancient and wise.

Place your hand on the bark of a tree.

Feel its strength,

Its steadiness.

Let it remind you that you,

Too,

Are rooted,

Resilient,

And growing.

Breathe in the forest.

Breathe out the weight.

Breathe in steadiness.

Breathe out fear.

You continue walking,

And soon you hear water.

A gentle stream flows nearby,

Clear and cool,

Moving effortlessly over smooth stones.

A sound soothing you as your worries into the stream.

Gently,

Lovingly,

You place it in the water,

And watch it float away.

Just release.

Let your body soften further with each breath.

Envision yourself walking again,

This time into an open meadow.

Tall grass sways gently.

Wildflowers bloom in every direction,

Their colors vibrant and alive.

The sky is endless.

Blue,

Open,

Vast.

A few clouds drift peacefully.

Steady,

Cool.

You are nature.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Notice the air on your skin,

The rhythm of your breath,

The beat of your heart.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Maybe roll your shoulders gently.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale with a soft sigh.

You are whole.

You are supported.

As we close this journey,

Take a moment.

You showed up for you today.

Pause and show healing.

Peace is not something you find outside.

It lives within you,

And it is always waiting for you to return.
