Close your eyes gently.

Let your body settle where you are.

Let's begin with your breath.

Inhale slowly through your nose.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale gently through your mouth.

Four,

Hold empty,

Four,

Three,

Begin repeating this rhythm.

Inhale,

Four,

Hold,

Exhale,

Hold,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Keep repeating this rhythm as you let your mind follow your breath like a soft wave.

Each round loosens tension.

Each exhale melts the stress you've been holding.

Now imagine you're standing at the edge of a wide red canyon.

The sun is warm on your shoulders.

The earth beneath you feels steady and solid,

A place that can hold everything you're carrying.

You begin to walk forward.

With every step,

Stress rolls off your body like dust shaken loose.

The air is dry,

Calm,

And full of quiet.

The walls of the canyon rise beside you like ancient guardians.

Breathe,

Inhale,

Four.

Hold,

Four.

Exhale,

Four.

Hold,

Four.

Let your steps fall in rhythm with your breath.

This is your sacred walk back to yourself.

As you walk deeper into the canyon,

Notice how everything begins to slow down.

The chatter in your mind quiets.

Your shoulders fall away from your ears.

The space around you feels protective like you're wrapped in peace.

Place your hand on the canyon wall beside you.

Feel its strength.

Let it hold the weight you've been carrying.

With your breath,

Begin to let go.

Inhale,

Calm.

Hold.

Exhale,

Tension.

Hold.

Exhale,

Tension.

And softly say in your mind,

Just for today,

I give myself permission to let go.

Let the canyon echo that back to you.

If stress shows up,

Breathe it out.

Let it dissolve into the sandstone the same way wind shapes rock over time.

You don't have to force anything.

You don't have to fix anything.

You just breathe and walk and let the land hold you.

You arrive at an open space in the canyon,

A clearing with smooth stone and soft red sand.

You sit down,

Let your body rest.

Feel supported by the earth beneath you.

Bring your hands to your heart and gently repeat in your mind,

Just for today,

I allow peace to enter me.

Just for today,

I allow stress to leave me.

Breathe with it.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Hold.

Inhale.

With each round,

Picture light gently flowing through you,

A soft golden glow washing through your body.

It finds the tension and dissolves it.

It finds the tightness and loosens it.

Let your jaw soften.

Let your chest expand.

Let your nervous system exhale.

Exhale.

You slowly rise.

This canyon has shifted something in you.

You begin your walk back,

But now the heaviness is lighter.

The breath,

Easier.

Your heart,

Steadier.

Inhale peace.

Hold it.

Exhale all that no longer serves you.

Hold the emptiness and rest in it.

The canyon opens beside you.

The sun feels warmer.

The world,

A little quieter,

A little kinder.

Because you are.

Bring your awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers or toes.

Roll your shoulders if it feels good.

Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

Stay softly in your heart.

I am safe.

I am grounded.

I am at ease.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Take the softness into your next moment.

You deserve to feel this free.
