Welcome,

Love.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

Inhale and exhale.

Allow your eyes to gently close.

You're safe,

You're supported,

And you're exactly where you need to be.

Let the outside world fade as your awareness begins to shift inward.

Let your breath become your anchor,

Steady,

Slow,

And alive.

With each breath,

You step into a new space,

A sacred place,

A forest that remembers you because it is part of you.

You begin to walk.

The path beneath your feet is cushioned with thick moss,

Soft and cool.

The air is crisp with morning dew,

Kissed by sunlight filtering through ancient trees that rise high into the sky like sentinels of memory.

Each step forward is a step back,

Back toward your truth,

Back toward the parts of you that you may have forgotten but never truly lost.

As you walk,

You begin to feel it,

The whisper of the earth beneath you,

The heartbeat of the land sinking with your own.

Inhale,

Feel the stillness of the trees around you,

Exhale,

And let go of the noise that told you who you were supposed to be.

This is your remembering.

This forest holds your story.

The moss remembers your softness.

The bark remembers your strength.

The wind knows your voice,

Even when you've silenced it.

Pause here.

Place your hand on the trunk of a tall,

Wise tree.

Feel its solidity.

Its roots run deep,

Even though they're unseen,

Just like you.

Even when the world can't see your depth,

It's there.

Even when others forget your worth,

The forest never has.

As you continue walking,

Notice a small clearing ahead.

The sun hits it perfectly,

And it is glowing,

As if waiting just for you.

You step into it,

And time seems to slow.

Here,

In this clearing,

Imagine a mirror made of still water.

You kneel down and look into it.

What do you see?

Not your titles.

Not your roles.

Not what the world demands from you.

You see the you that existed before the world tried to name you.

The you that was born worthy.

The one who was wild,

Wise,

And whole.

The child who once ran barefoot through dreams.

The person who has risen again and again.

Let yourself breathe in that essence now.

You are not behind.

You are not too much.

You are perfect just the way you are.

You are the soft moss and the steady tree.

The breath of wind and the heat of the sun.

You are one with this forest,

And the forest is one with you.

Stand tall in the clearing.

Let the light pour into your chest,

Warming your heart,

Clearing your mind,

And illuminating your worth.

Say silently,

I remember who I am.

I am not here to prove.

I am here to be.

I am worthy because I exist.

I am enough,

Always.

Let those words settle into your bones.

Let them root into your spirit like seeds planted in the soil.

Let them rise with you as you walk back through this forest.

Changed,

Yet more yourself than ever.

As the trees begin to thin and the path starts to bring you home,

Carry this knowing with you.

You were never lost.

You were just waiting for the quiet,

The breath,

The remembering.

When you're ready,

Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Gently bring awareness back into your body.

Place a hand over your heart and thank yourself for taking this time to return.

And when you open your eyes,

May you see the world not just as it is,

But through the lens of the truth you've reclaimed.

You are sacred.

You are one with nature.

And you are so deeply enough.
