In Buddhist tradition,
The paramitas are the six virtues that guides us towards wisdom and compassion.
Think of them like inner anchors,
Generosity,
Discipline,
Patience,
Energy,
Meditation,
And clarity.
We're not studying them.
We're feeling them in your body,
In your breath,
In how you meet the world.
You don't need to prepare anything.
You don't need to do this perfectly.
You just need to show up with breath,
With honesty,
And maybe a little curiosity.
Clarity doesn't always come through thinking.
Often it starts in the body,
In the stillness beneath the noise.
Breathe into that space now and let this be enough.
