Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or struggling to keep up? Sometimes ADHD overwhelm, burnout, stress, and emotional exhaustion can look like laziness from the outside. When you're carrying a lot, it can take its toll on both the body and mind. Often what is needed is compassion, understanding, and rest. In this short 2-minute guided meditation, Sandhya offers a gentle space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with self-compassion through mindful breathing, a hand-to-heart practice, and supportive affirmations. Affirmations include: "I am allowed to rest." "I am doing the best I can." Best listened to during a morning reset, lunchtime pause, after a challenging day, or anytime ADHD overwhelm begins to build.
