This meditation is an invitation to experience the power of your breath - to calm your mind, relax your body, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace. You’ll be guided through a gentle body scan to release tension, followed by a few simple pranayama (breathwork) techniques: full yogic breath (dirgha pranayama), equal breathing, and box breathing (sama vrtti). We’ll close by returning to the natural breath, allowing you to rest in a quiet, steady sense of calm.
