Step into the powerful state of “already having.” This guided meditation is designed to help you embody the Law of Assumption - aligning your inner world with the life you wish to create. Through gentle guidance, you’ll practice shifting into the feeling of your desire fulfilled, training the mind and body to live from a place of certainty and ease. Each time you return, the process becomes more natural, deepening your belief and allowing manifestation to unfold with less resistance. Perfect for anyone looking to cultivate trust, confidence, and alignment, this meditation can be revisited daily to anchor the energy of “it is done” into your life.

Welcome,

I'm so glad you're here.

This is your time to align with the law of assumption,

The principle that what you consistently assume to be true inevitably becomes your reality.

Neville Goddard taught that the outer world is simply a reflection of our inner state.

When we assume a new belief,

When we feel it real in our imagination,

Life reshapes itself to mirror that inner conviction.

So in this practice,

We'll get crystal clear on what you truly want,

Then we'll relax the body deeply so the mind becomes quiet and receptive.

From that calm state,

We'll step into imagination,

Calling a friend,

Hearing their joy and excitement as they congratulate you and allowing yourself to feel the truth of the wish already fulfilled.

So take a moment now to settle in,

Find a comfortable position,

Gently close your eyes and bring your attention inward.

Now take a moment to become very honest with yourself,

Ask,

What do I truly want?

Not what others expect of me,

Not what I think I should want,

But the thing that makes my heart expand when I think about it.

Let it come into focus,

One clear desire.

See it simply,

Give it words,

I want.

Now refine it into a simple fulfilled phrase,

I am,

Or I have,

Or it is done.

Hold this softly in your awareness,

Like a glowing light.

And now let's prepare the body with the long out breath.

You're going to bring your awareness to your breath,

Inhale slowly and let the exhale drift out even slower.

The idea is simple,

A slightly longer exhale helps the whole system to be more relaxed.

Soften,

Choose what feels easy for you.

For example,

You could inhale for four and exhale for six.

If that's comfortable,

You can extend the exhale to seven or eight,

Whatever is most comfortable for you.

But the key here is to have a longer out breath to your inhale.

So let's try one together,

Inhale for four and exhale for six.

So inhale two,

Three,

Four and exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

How did that feel?

If it feels right,

Try a longer exhale and adapt as you need to.

Now keep breathing like this at your own pace and let your shoulders fall a little more with each out breath.

Unclench the jaw,

Soften the tongue,

Let the belly be easy as the breath rolls in and the out breath gently empties.

If the counting fades,

That's perfectly fine.

Just stay with the feeling of air moving in and out,

Slower,

Softer,

Steadier.

Every long exhale says to the body,

You're safe now.

Feel the chest ease,

The back widen,

The face smooth.

If you like,

Rest a hand on your heart or belly and ride the rhythm.

If thoughts wander,

Let them pass like birds crossing a quiet sky and just return to the tide of your breath.

I'll leave you with your breath for a few moments now so you can find your own rhythm and let the calm deepen.

Good job.

Let the breath naturally find its natural pace,

Keeping just a hint of that longer exhale.

You're calm,

Open and receptive.

The perfect state to enter imagination where your wish is already fulfilled.

From here,

We'll step into that scene together.

Hold your desire clearly in your mind.

Step into imagination.

Picture yourself calling a dear friend,

Someone you trust,

Someone who would celebrate your happiness.

See their name on the screen.

Hear the call connect.

Feel their warmth as they answer.

You say their name.

They respond with excitement.

You did it.

I'm so happy for you.

Let them reflect back to you the reality of your wish fulfilled.

Hear their voice.

Feel their enthusiasm.

See the joy in their face.

Allow yourself to absorb the emotion.

Pride.

Relief.

Fulfillment.

Love.

Repeat this scene until it feels natural.

Each time you imagine it,

Let the details sharpen.

Hear your own laughter.

Feel the ease in your body.

It is real.

It is done.

Now simply rest in the satisfaction of it.

Not hoping,

Not waiting,

But knowing.

The law of assumption works as you persist in the feeling of the wish fulfilled.

Allow your heart to rest in gratitude.

Feel it as though it has already unfolded.

Say to yourself quietly,

It is done.

It is mine.

It is real.

When you're ready,

Take a slow deep breath in.

Gently bring awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you feel complete,

Open your eyes.

Come back.

Hold this lightness within you as you step back into your day.

Each time you return to this meditation,

Your assumption deepens,

Your belief strengthens,

And your results grow clearer.

Wishing you a beautiful day ahead with love and light.
