Welcome to this moment,

You've taken a beautiful step by showing up for yourself.

Let's begin by finding stillness,

Sit or lie down somewhere comfortable,

Allow your eyes to gently close.

Now bring your attention to your breath.

We'll begin with a simple box breathing pattern.

Your inhale for four,

Hold for four,

Exhale for four and hold again for four.

So let's begin,

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four and hold four.

Let's do that again,

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Now one more time,

Inhale one,

Two,

Four,

Four,

Exhale one,

Now let the breath return to a natural rhythm,

Let your shoulders soften,

Your jaw unclench,

Let everything slow down.

You're about to meet someone you've avoided for years,

Not because they scare you,

But because they are you and that's been hard to face.

Picture yourself walking down a corridor,

There's no noise,

Just space.

With each step you begin to shed a layer,

A layer of needing to be liked,

A layer of needing to be impressive,

A layer of needing to be successful,

A layer of needing to be strong.

You reach a door,

There's no label,

No lock,

You open it,

Inside they are there,

Sitting quietly.

They look at you without judgment,

There is no performance here,

No approval to win.

They are not waiting for you to impress them,

They've been waiting for you to recognize them.

And now you do,

This is the you beneath it all,

The one who's always been here.

They say nothing until you're ready,

And then they speak.

You don't need to earn your place in the world,

You already belong,

You don't need to keep up the act,

You are enough exactly as you are.

I am not broken,

I am not too much,

I am not too little,

I am simply me.

And that is finally enough,

Let that settle in your chest,

Feel what it's like to breathe without shame.

Let this true version of you stand beside you now,

Not behind you,

You don't need to keep yourself hidden anymore.

The masks are heavy,

This version of you is calm,

Clear,

Truthful,

And that version can lead now.

And now gently ask yourself three questions,

What do you want today?

What do you know that I've forgotten?

What does a life shaped by truth,

Not fear,

Look like?

Don't try to sound wise,

Don't filter the answers,

They are already inside you,

This version of you just speaks them with less noise.

So ask the questions,

What do you want today?

What does a life shaped by truth,

Not fear,

Look like?

Let whatever rose up settle gently within you,

Let all the truths stay close.

And now begin to feel your breath again,

Notice your body held,

Supported,

And when you're ready,

Begin to return.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Gently bring movement back to your body.

And carry this version of yourself with you,

Not hidden,

But walking beside you,

Finally.

Let this be the beginning of a new way of meeting yourself.

The noise quieter,
