Welcome to Soma Rising and this breath meditation.

The first language.

Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.

Drop your shoulders and let yourself arrive here now.

Let your inhale be the first word of a forgotten language.

And your exhale the soft remembering.

Breathe in through your nose.

Feel the breath brush the inside of your ribs.

And breathe out through your mouth.

Letting it carry all the tension that never belonged to you.

Inhale.

Let the breath widen you like the sky at dawn.

Exhale.

Soften.

Unravel.

Surrender.

There is no need to control.

There is no need to do it right.

Your breath knows the way.

She's the thread that leads you home every time.

Stay with her.

Follow her rhythm.

You are safe to arrive.
