Welcome to Soma Rising and this body movement meditation.

Spiral back to yourself.

Standing tall,

Closing your eyes and take a deep breath.

Let it land softly in the depths of your belly.

Now let your body begin to move.

Tiny at first,

A gentle rock of the hips,

Maybe a spiral through the spine.

Follow the wave that wants to rise.

You don't need choreography.

You don't need to know where this movement's going.

Just trust the pulse beneath your skin.

Let the movement be your prayer,

Not to become anything but to remember who you are.

Ground and root through your feet and let your body show you the way back now to feeling safe.

To flow and to be here now.
