So,
Let's just go ahead and drop in together.
Invite everybody to just gently close your eyes,
Beginning to shift your awareness inside.
For a moment,
Just notice how you feel.
Notice any sensations in the body,
Quickness of the mind.
Just let it be as it is.
Say hello to your body as if you're greeting it for the first time today.
Feel your body.
It's okay.
It's time to relax and take a moment to rest,
And then gently begin deepening your breath.
For the next eight or so minutes,
We're going to really play with this deep breath,
So I encourage you to make sure that you're seated or laying down.
With each breath in,
Fill up your lungs,
Your heart,
Your body as much as you possibly can,
And when you get to the top of the inhale,
Just hold it for a moment and see what it takes to surrender into the depths of your breath.
When you exhale out,
Just let it go as softly and as slowly as you can.
When you get to the bottom of the exhale,
Just see where you can pause,
Empty out the lungs even more,
And surrender into the exhale.
Don't try to force the body to do anything that it doesn't want to do,
So just play with the breath here.
Play with the inhale,
The pause and surrender at the top.
Play with the exhale and the pause and surrender at the bottom.
Just go ahead and continue with this breath,
Seeing where you can drop in a little more,
As if this breath is emptying out and releasing anything that isn't serving you in the peaceful life you desire.
For a moment,
As you continue to breathe in this way,
Just check in with how you're feeling.
Notice if anything has shifted in the body.
Notice if there's a little too much mental activity around the breath.
Just see if you can let this go and simply be with the breath,
Surrendering into the stillness of the breath,
Dropping more deeply into the spaciousness of the breath,
And then allowing your awareness to land in the central point of your being,
Directly in your heart center.
Begin breathing this deep breath into the heart space,
In the center of your chest.
As you continue with this deep inhale,
Pause at the top,
Exhale and empty out and pause at the bottom.
As you continue with this breath,
Just see how much you can let the fullness of your being surrender into the vibration of peace,
Letting yourself fully experience the feeling and energy of peace as you breathe into your sacred heart,
Using the breath to surrender more deeply into your peaceful heart.
As you continue to bask in this energy of peace and this spaciousness,
As you continue to really feel this energy in your body and heart,
I invite you to begin intentionally radiating this energy of peace out into the world,
Sending ripples and waves of peace and heart energy out into spaces where people are calling for more love,
Where children are asking for more peace,
Where friends and family are holding each other in stillness and praying for clarity and ease,
Beaming from your heart into the one heart.
And witness how this energy shared from your heart into the collective helps to shift the vibration to a world fueled by love.
Witness the vibration of the collective rise with your peaceful heart.
Feel your own vibration rise as you radiate love into the field,
And then gently let your deep breath go and return to a more natural rhythm,
Beginning to gently bring your awareness back into the room or physical space that holds you,
Allowing yourself to feel anchored in the energy of peace.
And as you bring your energy back,
Maybe even notice,
Notice any shifts or subtle changes that may have occurred in your body or field.
And as you feel ready,
As you feel called,
You can gently open your eyes and return to the physical space in this new time.
