Hi everyone,
It's Stephanie.
Thank you so much for meditating with me today.
I'm out in Park City,
Utah,
And I thought what better place to record a meditation than Park City,
Utah with the trees behind us,
Right?
I've been getting a lot of questions as of late in terms of what is a good morning practice to do.
Now,
I'm a big believer that in the morning,
We do not need a lot of pressure.
We just need to go with whatever feels good.
So I like to do a mindful breathing.
Meditation,
Just get centered,
Focus on the breath.
But for today's meditation,
I'm going to be doing a little bit more guidance around positive affirmations,
And just a little bit of mindset work.
So if you're someone that starts the day and just really would love that feeling of like,
I've got this,
I can do it.
This meditation is for you.
So come to a comfortable seat,
Whatever feels good to you today.
And if you're just waking up and you want to lay in bed,
That's totally fine.
I'm a very big believer,
Again,
I say this in all the meditations,
That you have to do what feels supportive to you.
And that can change every day.
It can be something different.
And I just,
In the general style of practice that I like to lead,
It's really important that you feel supported.
So coming to whatever position feels supported today and good and just at ease.
Coming to that position.
And when you're ready,
Gently closing your eyes.
I'm going to gently close mine too as we do this practice together.
Taking it deep.
Gentle inhale in.
And a nice exhale out.
You.
Doing that one more time,
Deep,
Gentle inhale in.
And a deep exhale out.
You allowing the mind and body to settle.
Just woken up.
Maybe your days.
Gotten going a little bit or maybe this is just the beginning for you.
Bringing in a.
Peaceful sense.
Of what feels like the center for you today.
That center place that feels steady.
Grounded.
And deeply intentional.
You bringing the mind's eye.
Right to this center place.
And perhaps noticing where do you feel this in your body.
Where do you feel that sense of grounding?
That sense of ease.
Sometimes when I have a lot on my plate.
I'll simply clasp my hands together.
And create a centered place.
You can try that if that works for you.
And of course,
Doing whatever feels most supportive for you today.
Breathing in calm.
Exhaling,
Ease.
Breathing in calm.
Exhaling,
Ease.
Allowing the mind and the body to settle.
Bringing in the energy that you want to bring to this day.
Knowing that we cannot control our external circumstances.
But we can be resilient.
With ourselves in terms of our reactions.
And intentionality and what we want to bring forth for today.
You breathing in a sense of empowerment.
You and exhaling calm.
Breathing in a sense of empowerment.
And exhaling calm.
Sensing into this idea that no one can stop you today.
No one.
Can stop you today.
You are good enough just as you are.
You will continue to have success.
And this day is going to go exactly as you want it to.
Letting go of the thinking.
Bringing your mind's eye back to that centered feeling in the body.
Gentle inhale in.
And a deep exhale out.
Sharing the sentiment that you are unstoppable.
You are unstoppable.
If that feels a bit aggressive or too much.
Allowing yourself A little more breathing room.
A little more permission.
You A little more clarity.
And what we're doing in this practice is allowing ourselves to feel centered and steady.
And being unstoppable.
Can go right along with that.
So for these next few moments.
Settling into some mindful breathing.
Gentle inhale in.
Deep exhale out all the way down to your feet.
Deep inhale in.
Gentle exhale out all the way down to the feet.
So just know the mind is going to do what it does.
Planning,
Thinking.
That's okay,
You have plenty of time the rest of your day to do all the planning and to do all the thinking.
Right now,
You're taking time for yourself.
To get centered.
To get studied.
And to be building this sense of ease for yourself that can follow you throughout the day.
Because what we practice here,
We can bring into our day as a reminder.
So we'll watch our time here for this next little bit.
And let's just continue to bring the breath to that centered feeling in the body.
You If the mind wanders,
That's okay.
Continuing to bring it back to that center place.
Now this next inhale in.
Thanking yourself for taking this time to practice.
Beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes and coming back.
To your surroundings.
Letting go of all the stress and or tension that may be.
Be ahead of you and reminding yourself that this centered place can stay with you.
Throughout the day.
Gentle inhale in.
And a deep exhale out.
And when you're ready.
Gently opening your eyes.
Thank you so much for meditating with me today.
And as I say in every meditation,
Always remember that you are enough as is.
I hope to be meditating again with you soon.
