Hi,
I'm Suzy at Unplugged Meditation,
And this is your one thing meditation.
So let's begin by getting comfortable and closing our eyes.
Just taking a moment to slow down your breath,
Breathing in through the nose,
And exhaling through the mouth,
Relaxing your face,
Your shoulders,
Your body.
And just get comfortable doing that a few times on your own.
Now we're going to be bringing our awareness to the one thing that we want to start doing.
Just pick one thing that you want to start doing in your life.
It could be exercise,
It could be eating healthy,
It could be anything that you want.
This is your meditation,
And what happens in your meditation stays in your meditation.
So just one thing you want to start doing.
And now ask yourself,
Can I start doing enter your one thing?
What would it take for me to start doing enter your thing?
When is the best time for me to start doing enter your one?
Enter your one thing.
And just as important as starting something,
You're gonna also be stopping something.
The one thing I want to stop doing is enter your one thing.
How can I stop doing enter your one thing?
When will I stop doing enter your one thing?
And now placing your hand on your heart,
Just taking a moment,
Saying I will start doing enter your one thing.
I will stop doing enter your one thing.
Letting it go,
Slowing down your breath,
Just releasing all.
Trusting that you made a commitment to yourself and that you will follow through on your one thing to start doing and your one thing to stop doing.
When you're ready,
You can bring some movement back into your body and gently open your eyes.
