Please do not drive or operate heavy machinery while listening to this meditation.

This activation includes somatic techniques,

Breath work,

And energy release.

For this practice,

Find a space where you can move your body freely without judgment.

You are safe.

Your emotions are safe.

Your fire is safe.

This is a container for sacred transmission,

Not suppression.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose,

And let it fall out of your mouth with a heavy exhale.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your chest,

Ribs,

Belly,

Anywhere the anger is living.

You don't need to fix it.

You don't need to justify it.

Just acknowledge it.

Say silently or aloud.

I feel this.

I honor this.

I am safe to experience this.

Let the truth of that settle into your body.

Now take another breath,

Slow,

Steady,

And let your ribcage expand like you're giving your body permission to exist fully.

We're going to release pressure without exploding.

Inhale through your nose,

Feel your belly,

And exhale through your mouth like you're fogging up a mirror,

A long,

Audible,

Ahhh.

Again,

Inhale,

And let it out with sound.

This breath signals your nervous system.

We're not in danger.

We are releasing.

Do it again,

Inhale,

And let the exhale feel heavier,

Louder,

More honest,

Ahh.

Let the breath carry the heat for you.

Now let your hands start shaking,

Gently at first.

Shake your wrists,

Your arms,

Your shoulders,

Like you're letting static electricity fly off your body.

Let your jaw loosen,

Let your chest move,

Let your breath deepen.

This is somatic discharge,

The body releasing trapped survival energy.

You're not acting out,

You're clearing your system.

Shake until you feel the intensity shift,

Even by 1%.

Now take a breath,

And let your whole body soften for a moment.

Place your palms together at your heart.

Press them firmly,

Not painfully.

This compression creates containment.

Your body needs that to release safety.

Push your hands together,

Hold,

Breathe.

On the exhale,

Release your hands outward,

Like you're pushing energy away.

Again,

Press,

Hold,

Exhale,

And release.

Let the movement say,

This anger can move,

This anger can transform.

Feel the shift in your chest,

Feel the unclenching.

Let your arms relax,

Drop your shoulders,

Unclench your stomach,

Unhook your jaw.

This is the softening that comes after the truth is honored.

Anger isn't the enemy,

Anger is information.

Anger is protection.

Anger is the part of you that refuses to be dismissed.

Say,

My anger is wise,

My anger speaks and I listen.

Let the softening feel like respect,

Not dismissal.

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your solar plexus.

Breathe into both hands at once.

With your inhale,

Imagine drawing the fire inward.

And with your exhale,

Imagine that fire traveling down your spine,

Grounding into the earth.

Your rage becomes fuel,

Your fire becomes clarity,

Your intensity becomes power.

I'm sending Reiki now to stabilize your system.

To cool the heat without killing the fire,

To anchor your strength in your body.

Take one final breath and repeat,

I am allowed to feel,

I am allowed to release.

I am allowed to rise.

Let the last breath seal your transformation.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

You might feel lighter,

Clearer,

Steadier,

Or simply less tense.

Your rage didn't break you.

You transmuted it.

You alchemized it.

You honored your fire without burning yourself.

That's mastery.

And it only gets stronger with practice.

You can come back to this meditation whenever you feel that sacred rage rising again.

And remember love,

You are an unstoppable badass.

Worthy of everything your heart desires.
