Begin by getting into a comfortable seated position.
Shortly after awakening,
Spine tall and straight,
Shoulders rolled back slightly to open up your heart,
Palms resting in your lap facing open.
And when you're ready,
Softly close your eyes.
Allow your breath to be soft and natural.
Noticing what it feels like this morning to be breathing in the fresh air from this new day.
On every in-breath and on every out-breath,
Relaxing into your body.
Feeling yourself here,
Right now.
Tune in to how fresh the air feels in every in-breath.
Recognise that indeed today is a fresh start to a fresh day.
Tune in to the energy of freshness.
Feeling the day is fresh and new.
Realising that indeed you in each moment are made new.
You have a fresh start in this moment and as you feel that truth,
You allow your body to relax even more deeply now.
Letting go of any muscles you do not need to use.
Following the flow of your breath.
Feeling each inhale as fresh and invited in.
And each exhale as relaxing.
Reveling in every in-breath and in every out-breath.
Letting your belly be soft and loose.
Feeling it expand as you breathe in and contract as you breathe out.
Breathing naturally means that sometimes your breaths may be long.
Sometimes they may be short.
Just follow them with your curiosity.
Explore where they may lean.
Letting each breath feel fresh and new.
Just like the day.
Just like you are.
The more you relax in this energy,
The more you feel yourself entering into a state of pure potentiality.
As if you yourself are somehow in the energy of a blank slate.
A fresh clean start.
Tune in to this vibration.
