Having a habit of reflection can help us improve our well-being,

Become happier,

And improve our relationships.

I invite you to reflect daily.

You can do this in a journal or silently.

I will guide you through reflection by providing a question.

Looking back on today or this week,

What have you learned about yourself that has helped you grow as a person?

This could be through something you consider a success or failure,

But they all contribute to us continuing to learn about ourselves.

Perhaps a conversation with a friend,

Family member,

Or co-worker,

A project at work,

Or a significant change in your life.

A time you felt your values were compromised and you reacted,

Or you realized you were changing as a person in some way,

Or even minor ones,

Such as picking up a new habit you enjoy.

Take some time to reflect.

If that was not enough time,

I invite you to take more time alone or hit pause.

I hope you found today's self-reflection beneficial as it helps bring self-awareness to our personal growth.

It enables us to gain clarity about our desires,

Passions,

Goals,

And values.

By taking the time to reflect,

We can identify areas for improvement,

Recognize patterns of behavior,

And make conscious choices that align with our true selves.
