Transcript

Sit up straight,

Center yourself,

And take a deep breath,

Breathing in through the nose,

Filling yourself up,

And letting all of the air flow out of your body,

To become slower,

To become deeper,

Breathe,

Feel yourself relaxing,

Relax.

Now,

Place both of your hands on your heart,

Feel your heart now,

Can you think of something that you are truly grateful for,

A person,

A place,

A situation,

Something that you have,

Something that you've achieved,

Bring up something that you are truly grateful for,

And remember that feeling,

Feel the gratitude in your entire being,

Not only your physical body,

But around your body,

Feel the gratitude,

Feel yourself bathing in gratitude,

Surrender to it.
