Take a deep and slow breath in through your nose,

And as you exhale,

Give away everything,

Your thoughts,

Your ideas,

The sensations of the physical body,

The sensation of being here in this location,

And just relax as you are,

Before assuming anything,

Before labeling anything.

Who are you?

Non-judgmental,

Free,

Pure beingness,

Free from any appearance,

From any experience.

Focus your attention on that sense of existence,

Of I am,

And as you rest in this space,

Thoughts can still occur,

Feelings can still be there,

But you rest as that background awareness that is untouchable,

Be the awareness that holds all appearances,

That enables all experiences.

Relax as you are,

Before assuming anything,

Is-ness,

Existence itself,

Pure freedom.
