Good morning and welcome to this Yoga Nidra.
Start the day with love and gratitude.
Begin by lying down.
In a comfortable position.
Allow your eyes to close.
And your whole body to soften.
Take a deep inhale.
And a slow,
Deep exhale.
And another deep inhale.
And slow,
Deep exhale.
Feel the support below you.
Noticing the back of the head.
The shoulders.
The arms.
The spine.
The legs.
The hills.
Now let's choose our sankalpa for this practice.
Some examples could be.

I am pure love.
I choose gratitude in each moment.
My natural state is love and joy.
I live on the frequency of love and gratitude.
Repeat your intention silently in your mind three times.
Now softly let this go as we begin rotating awareness through the body.
Start by becoming aware of the top of the head.
Moving to the forehead.
Eyes.
The temples.
Cheeks.
Wow.
Tongue.
Allow the jaw to soften.
Throat.
Moving to the shoulders.
Upper arms.
Elbows.
Lower arms.
Hands.
Fingers.
Fingertips.
Now bring awareness to the chest.
Upper back.
Lullabies.
The hips.
The thighs.
Knees.
The calves.
Ankles.
The feet.
All 10 toes.
Now sense the front of the body.
The back of the body.
The right side of the body.
The left side of the body.
The whole body.
Front and back.
Right and left.
From head to toe.
Sensing the whole body at once.
And become aware.
Off the breath.
Imagine the breath.
Moving in and out through the heart space.
Inhaling into the heart space.
And exhaling out through the heart space.
Breathing in love.
Breathing out gratitude.
Breathing in gratitude.
Breathing out love.
With each breath allow the heart space to become more open.
More at ease.
Feeling more love.
And more gratitude.
As Meister Eckhart once said.
If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you,
It will be enough.
Now bring to mind something you're grateful for.
It could be a person.
A moment.
Place.
Or the new day.
Or anything that comes to mind.
Feel it in your heart.
Thank you.
Now invites joyful energy.
At the centre of the chest.
Let it move into the face.
Into the shoulders and arms,
Waking up the hands.
Let it move into the belly and hips.
Down the legs and into the feet.
Rest with this feeling for a few moments.
Calm energy.
Pure love.
Whole body filled with the high vibrational energy of love and gratitude.
Now allow this feeling to expand beyond the body.
Into the space around you.
Field of peace.
A field of love.
Field of joy.
Now think of a simple quality you want to carry into your day.
It could be ease.
It could be gratitude.
It could be love.
Feel that quality as a tone in the body.
Let's take a final cleansing breath in together.
And a deep breath out.
As we begin to transition back.

Draw the knees in a little and come up slowly.
When you're ready,
