Settle into your cozy spot and snuggle your blanket up to your chin and take one soft warm breath in and let your whole body relax as you breathe out.

Tonight we're going to take a gentle walk through Winter Wonderland,

A quiet magical place where snowflakes twirl slowly and animals whisper kindly and every step brings you closer to a calm dreamy sleep.

Your body gets softer,

Your eyes get heavier,

Your mind slows as you listen.

Imagine a soft snowflake landing on your nose.

It feels cool but not too cold,

Like a tiny sparkling kiss from Winter herself.

You open your eyes and see a snowy path stretching in front of you,

Smooth,

Untouched,

And glowing gently under a silver moon.

Take your first quiet step onto the path.

The snow makes the softest crunch beneath your feet.

As you walk,

The air smells like peppermint and warm vanilla drifting from faraway cottages.

Each breath in your chest relaxes you.

Each breath out melts away the day.

Up ahead,

A small fox with bright amber eyes steps out from behind the snow-covered tree,

But this fox is special.

He wears a tiny scarf and his tail glows like a lantern.

He looks up at you kindly,

As if he's been waiting just for you.

Come with me,

His gentle eyes seem to say.

I'll show you the peaceful places of Wonderland.

You follow him,

Your steps slow and sleepy.

Soon,

You reach a sparkling bridge made entirely of snowflakes,

But they don't melt.

Each one is shaped like a tiny star glowing softly under your feet.

As you walk across,

You hear soft winter chimes,

Almost like the stars are singing a lullaby just for you.

With every step,

Your body feels heavier and the very best,

Sleepiest way.

The fox pauses and looks back at you,

Making sure you're okay.

And you are.

You feel safe,

You feel calm,

And you feel ready to rest.

Beyond the bridge lies a forest of tall pine trees,

Each decorated with slow glowing lights,

Soft blues,

Warm golds,

And sleepy greens.

They don't blink,

They just breathe,

Just like you,

A slow gentle glowing rhythm.

You walk through the forest,

Your fingers brushing the cool air around you.

Your footsteps slow and peaceful,

The lights in the sky twinkle just for you,

Welcoming you deeper into dreamland.

On a small clearing,

A reindeer with a velvet soft fur lowers its head towards you.

Its antlers shimmer like the frosted branches.

This reindeer seems warm,

The kind that relaxes your shoulders,

Soften your forehead,

And quiets your mind.

The reindeer bows its head,

Offering you a little gift,

A tiny little snow globe that glows from within.

When you hold it,

Your whole body feels warm.

It feels safe,

Sleepy,

And deeply loved.

Your little fox guide leads you towards a small hollow on a hill,

A cozy little nest made of soft snow and gentle light.

And inside,

There's a fluffy blanket that looks like clouds,

And a pillow shaped like a snowflake.

You lie down inside the hollow,

And it feels like the safest place in the whole world.

The fox curls up near your feet,

And the reindeer settles nearby,

Keeping watch.

The glowing trees outside sway in a slow winter dance.

Everything is still,

Everything is peaceful.

And everything is ready for sleep.

You close your eyes in the soft wonderland.

Your breathing becomes soft and tiny.

Your body feels warm and heavy.

You feel held,

And protected,

And loved.

The fox whispers to you,

Rest now,

We'll keep the world quiet for you.

The whole forest hushes around you,

And the lights dim into a sleepy glow.

The wind hums a lullaby that only you can hear.

Thoughts drift like snowflakes,

Floating,

Slowing,

Settling.

Your body is melting into the softness beneath you,

And the doorway to dreams is opening gently,

Just for you.

There's nothing left to do,

Nowhere to be,

No sounds to follow,

Just warm breath and a cozy hollow.

The gentle kind of magic of wonderland tucking you in.

Sleep is coming closer,

So close you can almost feel it,

Wrapping around your shoulders like a warm blanket.

Let yourself drift,

Float,

And slide into the deepest,

Sweetest dreams as wonderland watches over you.
