Now to just settle.
Gently close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
You are tired,
I know.
And your breathing has suffered with this.
Has it felt like there hasn't been time to take a full breath?
And you are left overstretched and deflated.
Your body perhaps feeling somewhat angular to the world beneath and around you?
It is okay.
You are okay.
You have the time,
Here and now,
For your breath.
Slowly and steadily your breath is filling you,
Inflating you again.
Giving you all you need to fill,
To still and to steady you.
With each breath in and out,
You feel yourself inflate and with that fill,
You find you also straighten,
You feel taller,
Lighter,
Know this is so.
And in your imaginings,
Or with your intention,
You can plug yourself back into the earth beneath you,
Reminding yourself of your rightful place on this earth.
Reminding yourself of your rightful place in your body.
Just see your feet,
As I speak,
Firmly placed on the soil and as your toes spread wide and your heels bed down,
Allow the soles of your feet to send their roots into the soil beneath and down into the earth.
And as it is in nature,
Your roots also know where to go,
They travel all the way down without diversion,
Without distraction and without interruption,
To the centre of mother earth.
She welcomes your roots to her beating heart,
As she anchors you to her,
You are held,
Know this is so.
What you have been experiencing or sensing is somewhat like reverse gravity,
But there has been another unique shift within the earth that has raised the pressure.
Squeezing time through and into a brand new space.
It is a painful transition,
A dance of the willing and unwilling,
That the earth in its physical and the space that it occupies are playing out.
And so we are caught in a kind of tug of war,
Being sucked through this small space whilst trying to keep a foot in the old paradigm.
It gets harder and harder,
I know.
And you may be feeling,
Experiencing or witnessing that pain in your daily life as the pressure increases.
It may feel like you are being torn or stretched.
But you do remain whole.
Part of you is being stretched further than you have experienced before.
But you are still whole.
You may not be able to see all of the you that you saw before.
Somewhat like the changing view of a contortionist of themselves.
But you are still whole.
Nothing can change that.
You are to remember that.
You are whole.
It is because you have chosen to come along that you must experience the pain of the earth's transition.
Like travelling through the birth canal.
Some arrive breach.
Some come head first.
Some heart first.
Some stretched with suction.
Some doubled over.
And just a few with ease.
No matter how.
You are arriving.
And you are whole.
Well done for all that you are enduring.
For that is how it surely feels.
You have been challenged beyond anything previously imaginable.
And yet you are still whole.
The courage it takes to choose as you have to come along is immeasurable.
It is truly amazing.
You are truly amazing.
I,
Mother Earth,
Will hold a torch for you.
It will always be lit.
You will catch glimpses of its unwavering light from time to time.
It may be clear on occasion.
And it will be invisible to you often.
But it is here.
You are travelling in the right direction.
For that is what you have chosen.
And though you are both here and there.
You are moving towards the brighter.
And you are whole.
Thank you for taking this journey with me.
You will arrive.
And you are whole.
