Purification for your throat chakra.

Today I want to guide you into a purification meditation for your voice and your throat chakra.
Our voice is the channel to express ourselves,
To express the soul.
Everyone is born,
We believe,
With a purpose.
And you are allowed,
You are welcomed to express your emotions,
Your feelings,
Your thoughts,
Everything that is needed to express.
And in everyday life,
In our environment,
In the culture,
In the differences of education,
We gather some blockages or some belief systems which are not always supporting the free pure expression of our throat chakra.
We can still see the purity with children.
The younger they are,
The more honest they express themselves.
And we are ready to accept that.
Funny enough,
We accept that as long as they are small.
But why we don't accept it when we are big,
When we are grown up?
Of course we need to be mindful which words we use that we are respectfully communicating.
But we can learn to communicate pure,
Honest,
Open and respectful.
So to reconnect yourself with the throat chakra,
Your voice and the wisdom of your voice,
The energy.
It is very good to purify this chakra step by step and time to time.
It's just like you take a shower.
So take a very comfortable position,
Either sitting or laying down.
And witness your breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Relax.
With every exhalation,
You relax deeper and deeper.
Inhale for your body.
Take a breath for your spirit.
And take a breath,
Connect with your soul.
From this place,
I'm counting five to zero to bring you towards your voice while you deeply relax.
Five,
Inhale and relax your root chakra.
Feel expanding the lower area,
Your lower body.
When you inhale,
Inhale,
Expand,
Exhale,
Relax.
You start taking a shower with new energy and release old energy.
Four,
Inhale and relax your sacral chakra.
The orange color is linked with the sacral chakra.
And imagine the orange color,
How you swipe out the chakra.
Inhale,
Exhale deeper and deeper.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Let's go.
Beautiful.
Feel comfortable and nicely.
Where the focus goes,
The energy goes.
Three,
Inhale into your solar plexus,
Your place where you find the diaphragm.
And it's your solar,
The sun inside of you.
Inhale and imagine there is a huge sun inside.
Expand the sun with every inhalation.
Let the light come in.
Relax,
Inhale.
Feel the warmth of the sun.
It's turning slowly.
A little bit of glitter and yellow color.
Be grateful for your diaphragm supporting you and your voice.
It's going down and up,
Down and up while you are breathing.
Inhale,
Belly is huge like a balloon.
And exhale,
Relax,
The air goes out.
Witness the light inside of your prana,
Your center.
And enjoy the inner sun.
We are connected with the sun system,
The sun called Ra.
You can start to slowly sound with Ra.
Ra.
Inhale,
Focus on your sun.
Ra.
Relax your jaw and open the Ah.
The vowel Ah is our opening vowel to the universe.
Ra.
Relax deeper and deeper.
Ra.

Two,
Inhale into your heart.
Exhale,
Relax.
Inhale.
And imagine the green nature inside of your heart chakra.
All depressed is a forest and a flower field.
Beautiful flowers.
A very soft wind is passing your skin.
And you feel the caress of the air on your skin and the warmth,
The heat from the sun.
It's a very,
Very wonderful day.
A blue colored sky.
And you can smell the freshness of nature.
It's purifying and refreshing.
Mother Earth is with you.
Welcoming the soul like you on Mother Earth.
Relax.
Inhale.
One.
Exhale,
Relax your throat,
Your jaw.
Open your air pipe and purify your throat chakra with the air of exhalation.
Inhalation,
Exhalation.
Take a few breath work here.
Imagine the shower from air.
Everything you want to let go here,
Exhale with the air.
Maybe you want to let go some tiredness.
Maybe you want to let go and purify some fear of saying something,
Telling you truth.
Maybe you want to let go blockages of communication.
And you want to welcome the power of your expression,
The power of your vibration with the vocal cords,
The power of your truth.
And imagine now that the whole throat chakra which is symbolized with the very blue color.
The blue color is the sea,
The ocean.
Your soul is endless,
Infinite and the water on Earth is 80% of the globe.
It is huge and big,
Has an own world of endless possibilities.
Feel that freedom in the air,
In the water,
This infinite freedom.
Feel how the throat chakra is expanding.
And the sea water is purifying your throat.
You can swallow some water or drink even some water.
And go on breathing and visualizing the purification and the freedom coming in.
The relaxation coming in to your throat chakra taking place with the larynx and your vocal cords.
Maybe you also want to yawn,
Yawn very big.
And inhale the sea,
The ocean and the infinite breath.
You are loved by nature,
By Mother Earth,
By the universe.
And to be faithful to our truth it needs growth and it needs patience like a flower growing with some water,
Sun,
Air and Earth.
We have everything inside of our body and the spirit is growing.
If you put the intention,
The discovery,
The joy into what is my truth,
How can I be even more pure?
Then also your soul will speak to you.
New doors will open.
Bless your voice,
Bless your throat and keep the feeling of freedom in your throat chakra.
Purify it time to time.
We are receiving or giving lots of information with that chakra.
We use it every day.
Enjoy purifying.
Now take a deep breath again.
Feel your body come back to the consciousness.
Move your body,
Slowly open your eyes and set an intention for today.
