I'm glad to have you back,

To have you here for that guided meditation to depressurize.

We all deal with pressure earlier or later and we depend on ourselves to depressurize so that the air and the voice can easily flow.

So we don't give pressure to our voice or our mind.

So relax,

Lay down or sit down and take a deep breath.

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale through your mouth.

I am now inviting you to follow my guidance from 10 to 1 while you always keep focused on your breath.

And at 1 we will kind of open a big balloon to let go of the pressure of air,

The pressure of anything.

So imagine you gather the air in your belly and any pressure that you feel in your mind,

Inhale and exhale.

You can already imagine you gather the pressure and you exhale the pressure,

Release.

Exhale,

Relax your legs,

Your hips and your butt.

And you exhale on F,

Like feeling.

Exhale on F.

And imagine how the balloon is emptying.

Exhale,

Relax.

9,

Inhale through the nose,

Into your sacral chakra and exhale.

Now while exhaling you start to press outwards,

You press your belly outwards so you give another pressure to the pressure.

So you depressurize,

Inhale and press out,

Hold the belly outside and exhale.

Inhale,

8.

Inhale to your solar plexus,

The center of your body and press out.

5,

Inhale through the nose,

Until all pressure and air is out.

Inhale through the mouth and exhale through F and focus on your chest.

Inhale and now exhale with F and a sound that is comfortable for you with very slight pressure,

Like I don't want to say pressure but more flow,

Soft flow of air and sound.

6,

Inhale and do the same.

If you start to yawn it's a very good sign that you relax.

Just feel in how lighter you become,

How is the feeling,

The change.

5,

Inhale and focus on your throat chakra.

Very gentle,

Without any forcement.

4,

Focus on your intuition,

Your third eye,

The place between your eyebrows,

With what we can see the inner world as well.

5,

Inhale and focus on your throat.

3,

Inhale and exhale through the forehead,

Feel the whole head.

Again,

Inhale.

2,

Focus on the top of your head to the lower part of your head,

With AUM,

Hold the belly out.

AUM.

AUM.

Relax your voice,

Feel what is just coming,

Sighting or scratching.

AUM.

1,

Let the whole balloon of pressure in your mind,

Your shoulders,

Your heart,

Your belly,

Let it go.

Ask Mother Earth to transform that energy to good.

AUM.

AUM.

AUM.

AUM.

Feel that calmness stepping in.

AUM.

AUM.

Feel all the inner silence but also the soundings that are always there,

Different animals,

Different sounds from outside.

Nothing can pressure you,

Can make a pressure or push you.

You can stand it and constantly release.

Take your time to feel the G that you activated now.

Sing along with AUM and use the effort,

Deep pressure rising,

The energy inside and raising your frequency.

Have a beautiful time.

I see you.

Namaste.
