Hello fellow traveler and welcome to exactly where you are supposed to be.
Ground down here in this moment as you roll your shoulders,
Roll your neck,
Roll your waist,
Your wrists,
Your ankles,
And enter into where you are supposed to be.
Take a big inhale as you lift your shoulders to your ears,
Hold at the top,
Squeeze,
And then exhale with a loud sigh as you drop your shoulders down and relax.
Release it all.
Maybe shake your arms and your shoulders,
Wiggle your body,
Create this movement to enter into this moment,
And then fully allow yourself to rest.
Whether you sit down or you stand with a relaxed posture,
Tall and proud in the spine,
And rest your hands beside you or on your lap and softly close your eyes.
Slowly inhale through the nose,
Filling the belly and the chest,
Hold at the top,
And then exhale slowly out the nose.
Inhale again through the nose very gradually as you fill your belly and your chest,
Hold for a moment.
Now exhale through the mouth like you're blowing through a straw.
Slowly allow yourself to be here exactly where you are.
Start to breathe normally,
Pay attention to the breathing,
The soft inhales,
The exhales,
As maybe you try to slow down the breath.
You are exactly where you are supposed to be.
All of the events that led up to this moment prepared you for where you are now.
Everything that you need is inside of you.
Not outside of you,
In a person,
Place,
Or thing,
There is no situation that can give you what you already have.
You are prepared,
You are worthy,
You matter.
Inhale this energy and this purpose,
And exhale any self-doubt or uncertainty.
Begin to breathe in life and exhale what does not serve you.
You are enough.
You are prepared.
Place your hand on your heart and thank yourself for all the hard work you have done throughout your life,
All of the challenges you have overcome,
All of the ways you have fought to be exactly where you are.
You are a survivor,
You are a warrior,
You are so powerful.
And because you chose yourself,
Because you chose to love yourself,
You got yourself here,
Exactly where you are.
You are worthy.
Feel your heartbeat under your hand and place your other hand on your belly.
Feel the life within inside of you.
The life that carries you forward,
The life that makes you everything that you are.
You are perfectly made,
You are perfectly beautiful,
You are perfectly you.
As you keep your hands on your heart and your belly,
Breathe in air.
Breathe it into your belly and your chest,
Feel it rise and hold at the top for a few seconds.
And then exhale with a loud sigh.
Be present here with yourself in this moment.
Now relax your hands beside you or on your lap.
What does this feel like to be with you?
To be with yourself in these moments?
What does it feel like to be you?
This powerful,
Beautiful,
Unique individual that you are.
What are the things you love about yourself?
What are you proud of yourself for?
Take this moment to celebrate you and how far you have come.
Congratulate yourself.
You are worthy of celebrating.
Life gives us all the time in the world.
All unique challenges,
Problems that we have to solve,
We have to face,
We have to overcome,
We have to deal with,
We have to feel and learn through.
And your set of challenges and obstacles are unique to you.
They were for you,
Meant for you.
You are meant to go through them and overcome them and learn and become everything you are on the other side.
You are exactly where you are supposed to be.
You are exactly who you are supposed to be.
You don't need fixing,
You don't need healing,
You need loving,
You need celebrating.
You deserve to be present with who you are because you are enough.
Inhale joy,
Inhale love,
Inhale life,
And exhale it all out into the universe.
Share your gifts,
Your talents,
Your knowledge.
You are worthy of sharing,
You are worthy of teaching,
You are worthy of giving,
And you have so much to offer.
Repeat these affirmations with me.
I am love.
I am life.
I am light.
I am beauty.
I am joy.
I am worthy.
I am loved.
I am exactly where I am supposed to be.
Take an inhale through the nose into the belly and chest,
Fill up as much as you can,
Hold,
And exhale it all out.
Place your hands together in a prayer position or hold your hands together.
Think this time that you have spent with yourself and know that you are worthy of this time and this self-care and this love.
