Divine Risings,
Wishing you a wonderful morning.
Find gratitude for simply being here in this moment.
Come into any comfortable seated or lying position and take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Open your mouth as you exhale and softly close your eyes.
Let your body soften.
Let your mind arrive.
Let's enjoy five more rounds of deep and full breaths together.
Inhale one,
Breathing in passive energy and exhale fully into relaxation.
Two,
Inhaling all the goodness of life and exhaling resistance.
Three,
Inhale acceptance and exhale any judgment or inhale health and clarity and exhale into a surrender.
And five,
Inhale desire and achievement and exhale letting go of all concerns from daily life.
Now simply become aware.
Aware that you've awakened to a brand new day,
Your body and the space around you,
A new breath,
A new chance.
Let that truth settle gently in your heart and say to yourself softly,
This day is a gift.
I'm grateful to be here.
Feel into the simplicity of that.
No matter what yesterday held,
Today is fresh,
Untouched and full of possibility.
What simple gift did you wake up with today that you're grateful for in this moment?
It could be the warmth of your bed,
Coming through the window,
The presence of your loved ones,
Or something as simple as your breath.
Whatever you're grateful for,
Let that feeling of gratitude grow.
Let it fill your chest.
Let it soften your thoughts.
Breathe it in deeply with each inhale that you take.
And breathe out your gratitude into your day.
I invite you to silently recite the following mantra in your mind or aloud if you choose.
Thank you for this new beginning.
I welcome today with an open heart.
Let those words settle and start each day with an open heart.
Take one final deep breath and exhale slowly.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You've arrived in this moment.
This day is yours to live fully.
Always remember that.
Before you shift and take on your next task,
Thank your body.
Thank your body for all of the wonderful things that it does on a daily basis.
And if you'd like,
Pause and reflect on how you can carry this gratitude into the rest of your day.
Until next time,
Peace.
