Hey there.

Welcome to this morning practice for grounding and centering yourself for the day ahead.

My name is Anthony and I'm grateful to have you start your day with me.

Before we begin,

Take a moment to settle yourself in and acknowledge yourself for showing up this morning.

We're taking the time for you.

This is your time,

Your space to connect,

Reset,

And embrace the day ahead.

Let's ground into our morning together,

Shall we?

You'll find a comfortable position,

Either sitting in a chair or on the floor,

And position your body in whatever way works best for you,

But see if you can take on the posture of being open and aware of everything,

Yet consumed by nothing except the exploration and connection of your inner world.

And see if you can take on the attitude of,

I got this,

I can do this,

I'm here now for this,

And I'm curious about my experience.

Not just to have this attitude for our meditation practice,

But to embody it for your day ahead and for every other day in your life.

To begin grounding ourselves into this gift of getting to experience a brand new day,

Just feel your body positioned where you are right now,

And connect with the ground or the surface beneath you.

Feel your body occupying the space it is in,

And close your eyes if you haven't already,

And slow everything down.

I'm going to count down from 10 to 1,

And on each descending number that I call out,

I want you to feel yourself getting more and more relaxed.

With each number,

You feel your body softening,

Surrendering,

And becoming more grounded and calmer.

Would like you to direct your attention now on your heart,

To put your complete awareness on the area in and around your heart.

See if you can sense it beating,

That steady rhythm,

Always there,

Always working tirelessly for you,

And as you breathe,

See if you can imagine that your breath is flowing in and out of this area of your heart,

Of this miraculous muscle,

This powerful organ that keeps you alive in every moment.

Just watch it,

Just pay attention to it.

Slowly think of your heart,

And allow your breathing to naturally connect with its rhythm.

Just rest your attention there for now,

Let your focus soften at your heart.

As you keep this connection with your heart,

And ground into this day,

How do you feel emotionally?

What are you aware of right now?

What's in your energy field?

Let's check in with yourself today.

How are you feeling?

You don't have to judge it,

Or label it,

Or analyze it.

Just be the loving witness to your energy.

Just be the loving witness to yourself.

Give yourself the greatest gift of all,

The gift of being seen,

Seen by yourself.

So what do you see?

Beautiful.

End our practice here by grounding into authenticity,

And calling in gratitude.

Take a moment to reconnect with the earth beneath you,

And touch base with what is true for you in your life.

What is real?

What is sacred?

What lights you up from the inside?

What are you grateful for?

What do you appreciate the most?

What are you grateful for right now,

In this moment?

It could be something as simple as the breath flowing through your body,

As your heart beating in your chest,

Or maybe it's the gift of having this space and time to be here for yourself.

That's a bigger deal than you might realize.

So just take a moment to connect with what is true for you,

And what you are grateful for.

So whenever you're ready,

You can slowly start to come out of meditation.

Inhale into your body,

Take one more nourishing deep breath in,

And as you let it go,

Feel that positive energy flowing all throughout your body.

Give yourself a stretch,

And rub your hands together.

Feel that energy from your palms.

Now give yourself a hug,

Say I love you,

Rub your arms and shoulders,

Release,

And put a smile on your face.

Beautiful work today.

I'd love to know how this practice went for you.

If you feel up to it,

Please share your experience by leaving a comment for this track,

Or send me a message if you have any questions.

Thanks for sitting with me today.

Have a wonderful,

Beautiful,

And highly conscious day.

Much love.
